How to insist on learning English~

I think one must keep on learning,if he wants to master English well,but,sometimes,we can't assure this principle's fully implementation. We always find some excuses for ourselves,for lacking of learning environment,lacking of free time,etc.

How can we change this fact ?  I consider this matter over and again,maybe the key factor is one's willpower,and his everlasting patience and confidence. Little by little,and bit by bit,we'll find out our progress one year later.

Maybe I still didn't tell the key answer,so I post it here,and let's discuss it more,to make the method more correct,accurate and practical. So,would you please share your own successful experience ?
