As a Chinese girl, I prefer your ideas. In daily life, more encouragements and appreciationscan avoid hurting friends' feelings. However, I think western culture is not the same with Chinese culture, westerners are not as modest and "friendly'' as Chinese. Monica has her own personality, even though some of usdon't like her sharp ideas. In fact, what she told me were quite right.
