• Never Give Up Hope

     Life doesn't always give us the joys we want. We don't always get our hopes and dreams, and we don't always get our own way. But don't give up hope, because you can make a difference one situation and one person at a time.

     Look for the beauty around you--in nature, in others, in yourself--and believe in the love of friends, family, and humankind. You can find love in a smile or a helping hand, in a thoughtful gesture or a kind word. It is all around, if you just look for it.

  　　Give love, for in giving it you will find the power in life along with the joy, happiness, patience and understanding. Believe in the goodness of others and remember that anger and depression can be countered by love and hope.
  Even when you feel as though there isn't a lot you can do to change unhappiness or problems, you can always do a little--and a little at a time eventually makes a big difference.

     Hope is always available to us. When we feel defeated, we need only take a deep breath and say, "Yes," and hope will reappear

• The difference between love and like

  In front of the person you love, your heart beats faster, but in front of the person you like, you get happy.

  In front of the person you love, winter seems like spring, but in front of the person you like, winter is just beautiful winter.

  If you look into the eyes of the one you love, you blush, but if you look into the eyes of the person you like, you smile.

  If front of the person you love, you can’t say everything on your mind, but in front of the person you like, you can.

  In front of the person you love, you tend to get shy, but in front of the person you like, you can show your own self.

  You can’t look straight into the eyes of the one you love, but you can always smile into the eyes of the one you like.

  When the one you love is crying, you cry with him, but when the one you like is crying, you end up comforting.

  The feeling of love starts from the eye, and the feeling of like starts from the ears.

  So if you stop liking a person you used to like, all you need to do is cover your ears. But if you try to close your eyes, love turns into a teardrop and remains in your heart forever after.

• How　to　Keep　Calm　In　an　Exam?

  　　   Anxiety　is　perhaps　the　worst　problem　many　college　students　are　faced　with　in　their　examinations. They　just　feel　unable　to　keep　their　wits　about　them　in　those　occasions,　as　a　result　of　which　they　don't　give　full　play　to　their　abilities.　How　to　solve　this　problem?　
  　　　
  　　　First　of　all,    we　should　dispel　the　misgivings　about　the　results　of　the　exams.    All　of　us　are　eager　to　chalk　up　good　results　in　the　evaluation　tests.However,    just　remember:More　haste,    less　speed.    We　should　not　be　too　mindful　about　the　results.   Take　things　calmly.　
  　　　
  　　　Furthermore,     we　can　also　adopt　some　concrete　steps　to　calm　ourselves.    For　example,    we　may　keep　our　eyes　closed　and　think　of　nothing　for　a　minute　or　two　just　before　starting　an　exam.    It　helps　to　keep　a　cool　head　and　minimize　nervousness.    As　for　me,    this　method　always　works.　
  　　　
  　　　In　the　final　analysis,   we　ought　to　bear　in　mind　that　calmness　is　essential　for　good　performance　in　a　test.Overcoming　anxiety　is　not　so　thorny　a　problem　if　we　are　mentally　and　physically　prepared.

• How to Grow Happiness

    Someone says that Happiness comes of the capacity to feel deeply, to enjoy simply, to think freely, and to be needed. I have no objection to that, only wondering how to grow happiness.

    Welcome to my space!i'm sunny!Fortunately,I came across the answer somewhere, and I feel like sharing it with you.

    Step one:
  Plant yourself deep in a bed of faith, and pack it down solid and tight. Drench daily with positive thinking, and keep saturated just right.Mulch often with forgiveness, for this will help you grow. Quickly remove any seeds of worry, for they will soon germinate, and keep out the weeds of despair. Nourish disappointments with hope whenever it is needed, and always stay cool and shaded when you feel irritated or heated. Trim away guilt or depression, for they create decay, and cultivate with happy memories as often as every day.

    Step two:
  Harvest the lessons of the past; just dig, pick, and hoe. And nurture the roots of the present, for now is when you flourish and grow. Start planting for the future; set your goals in a row. Spade the bed well for all your dreams to grow.

    Step three:
  Remember that grief is a natural predator, so learn to tolerate some damage. Protect your garden with daily prayers, for this will help you manage. Bury the criticism and complaining, for they are injurious pests. Sow the seed of love wherever you may go--for joy, love and laughter are surely bound to grow. Although the thorns of life may be here to stay, just sprout a smile along the
  Way, and be thankful for what you have.

• The longest first love

    Do you have a long-last childhood sweetheart you've always wanted to find? A Broadway legend,Carol Channig,found hers.Harry kullijian who is her first love in junior high school,but later broke up because they went to different places after graduation.

    Perhaps most women don't ever forget their first love.And apparently men don't either.Nearly 70 years later,Kullijian got contact with charnning by the book which written by her that mentioned him.

    So they got together again and resunmed their love.Now they have just goten married in their 80's.

    It's a beautiful love story,but i think if you can take  pains and an quiet heart,everything will be well.

• Happy Mid-Autumn Day

     For thousands of years，the Chinese people have related the vicissitudes 
  of life to changes of the moon as it waxes and wanes；joy and sorrow，parting and reunion. Because the full moon is round and symbolizes reunion，the Mid-Autumn Festival is also known as the festival of reunion. 
     All family members try to get together on this special day. Those who can not return home watch the bright moonlight and feel deep longing for their loved ones.
  Today，festivities centered about the Mid-Autumn Festival are more varied. After a family reunion dinner，many people like to go out to attend 
  special perfomances in parks or on public squares.
