Educational Background And Ability!!

Those who are well-educationed but without any ability can't find a room to stand in this fierce society.Of course educational background plays an important role in our daily life.  In my opinion, When they conflict with each other,abitly is more important than educational background.

High educational background doesn't mean excellent ability, on the contrary, excellent ability doesn't mean high educational background as well. Between them we can't take it for granted and think that they are equivalent.It's a normal phenomena. Nevertheless, there are still a great deal peole spend too much time and energy in pursuing high educational background. In their eyes, it's more important than ability.So if they succeed in getting into a big company and landing a good post ,they may content with the current situation. But a few months later, they may get fired due to the capacity.

Actually, we can't have an analogy to educational background and ability. The level of educational background can only reflect the degree of a people's education. Among those people with the same educational background, there are many difference between them. Ability must be cultivated in society, and we should accumulate working experience in working to improve ourselves. Accordingly,when a enterprise employs a member of his company, he may take a right attitude to it lest they make unreasonale mistakes to hire a competent & suitable one.

As the saying goes: Live and learn! Acquiring knowledge and improving ability is the most impotant thing throughout our life. The modern society is filled with competitions and challenges, in order to keep up with the pace of the development, there's no doubt that we must enrich ourselves!!! Keep going on, or we may fall behind!!
