my random thought about 8-2 principle

8-2 principle means 20% of the population possess 80% of the whole treasure. While in a company usually 20% of the staff contribute 80% of the profit.

Have u heard that the most healthy way to keep u away from stomach diseases is to make it 70% full.

And.... the law of golden ratio is 0.618. I first learned that from a painting teacher, who taught me that the first step to draw is to plan its layout. To make sth you draw more in its place, even sth that can't be more simple as a bottle or an egg, you can't put it in the right middle of the paper, instead on tendentious right or left according to this law.

80%, 70%, 0.618.... What do they mean? How come they have to be this way?

We have some philosophy in it that we can read. We don't know where comes the law of nature, we could just take it as its, and try to make the best of it in our work and life.

Isn't it? So...

Don't always say yes to your boss, even 1 out of 5 times, u need to say no to make urself a man of own opinion.

Don't make u a perfect person in your resume, perfectly flawless... 1 or 2 petpeave you gotta have. Some slight flaws or shortages could make u real, and reliable.

To keep a sweet relationship u need 70% of sweet talk and ... 30% of whatsoever.
