Stalking means following&watching..

I am not sure what kind of letter you want to write to them...

If you want to recommend yourself, you need to write down

1) what certificates you have got to prove that you have reach the University requirement...

2) what subject you want to study in that University

3) I guess you have to show them your english ability such as GER or some sorts (I am not sure about any English exam established for foreign students, you gotta check them out yourself. )

By the way, Aussie is a pretty country...nearly as pretty as NZ....However, make sure you come back to China to contribute yourself, Okay ! Otherwise, all the previous annoucements that you made will all become bullshits....

Okay, "reckon" means "have on opinion about sth; think" (cited in Oxford English Dictionary, 10th edition, 2005).

Honestly, I never used to use my dictionary regularly like now!!! We have to be insane to check out every single word before we speak!!!!

Anyway, regarding you questions, people in different western countries have their special and favourite words.

You never hear a Yankee saying "mate", they say "Buddy"!

Kiwi and Aussies like to say "what do you reckon?" but Londoners like to say "Know what I mean?"

English speaking people, as long as they are not too dumb, they can just pick up your accent immediately when you speak...

In terms of "Bloody"....well, how should I explain this one to you....

he of course doesn't hate Kiwis, everyone loves Kiwis because we have a very high reputation around the world!!!

"Far out" just shows he is surprised...and "bloody" is a slang term which just adds a bit excitement.
