2008-11-25 08:09:05
The Scottish border town of Gretna Green has an influx of visitors, and not just the human kind.It seems locals and tourists alike just can't get enough of watching millions of starlings converge on the sky on sunset as the birds search for a safe place to roost.
Hundreds of spectators have been treated to the amazing sunset display, which has left them mesmerised by the huge flock's sweeping aerial acrobatics.Dozens of people watch in awe as millions of starlings return to roost at dusk near the Scottish border town of Gretna Green
Drivers on the A74M, the main motorway between England and Scotland, have been stopping in their droves to witness the sight.
But the shear mass of birds is causing a distraction to commuters and truck drivers who are urged to take extra care when pulling over and parking to watch the display. And while it may look like the birds are on a kamikazi mission, the logic behind their aerial acrobatics makes much more sense.
Every winter, the birds take to the skies after a long day spent feeding in nearby reed beds.
As they take flight during the last minutes of daylight, the starlings fly quick and fast in a bid to confuse waiting predators such as sparrowhawks and buzzards.
The tiny birds must converge, fly and squawk, in an attempt to confuse their predators, reaching speeds of more than 20mph, with few if any crashes.
Scientists say the secret behind their amazing spatial awareness is that each starling tracks seven other birds enabling the group's cohesion.
The naturally occurring event is a spectacle which takes place only during the winter months.
Starling numbers have halved in the last 25 years and they are now red-listed as an endangered species.
Experts say the starlings are a mix of British and European birds and will leave for Russia in February and March.
Nature lover Jon Tait, 34, said: 'It's amazing to see the natural world like this. The shapes and movements they make are beautiful - Hollywood special effects couldn't make it more breathtaking.
'Whenever I get the train I have to dive undercover at the station when they come because they leave a bit of a mess, but it's worth it to see them in the sky.

You are what you eat.
You are what you eat. Tell me what you eat and I will tell you what you are,即告诉我你平时吃什么,我就可说出你是怎么样的一个人。
(You are what you eat),饮食习惯忠实地反映个人性格与生活环境。

2008-11-17 10:53:05
In a class I teach for adults, I recently did the “unpardonable.”
I gave the class homework!
The assignment was to “go to someone you love within the next week and tell them you love them.
It has to be someone you have never said those words to before
or at least haven''t shared those words with for a long time.”
Now that doesn t sound like a very tough assignment, until you stop to realize that most of the men were over 35
and were raised in the generation of men that were taught that expressing emotions is not “macho.”
Showing feelings or crying (heaven forbid!) was just not done.
So this was a very threatening assignment for some.
At the beginning of our next class,
I asked if someone wanted to share what happened when they told someone they loved them.
I fully expected one of the women to volunteer6, as was usually the case,
but on this evening one of the men raised his hand.
He appeared quite moved and a bit shaken.
As he unfolded out of his chair(all 6 2" of him),
he began by saying, Dennis, I was quite angry with you last week when you gave us this assignment.
I didn`t feel that I had anyone to say those words to, and besides,
who were you to tell me to do something that personal8?
“But as I began driving home my conscience started talking to me.
It was telling me that I knew exactly who I needed to say I love you to.
You see, five years ago, my father and I had a vicious disagreement and really never resolved it since that time.
We avoided seeing each other unless we absolutely had to at Christmas or other family gatherings.
But even then, we hardly spoke to each other.
“So last Tuesday by the time I got home I had convinced myself I was going to tell my father I loved him.
“It’s weird, but just making that decision seemed to lift a heavy load off my chest.
“When I got home, I rushed into the house to tell my wife what I was going to do. She was already in bed, but I woke her up anyway. When I told her, she didn’t just get out of bed, she catapulted out and hugged my, and for the first time in our married life she saw me cry. We stayed up half the night drinking coffee and talking. It was great!
“The next morning I was up bright and early. I was so excited I could hardly sleep. I got to the office early and accomplished more in two hours than I had the whole day before.
“At 9:00 I called my dad to see if could come over after work. When he answered the phone, I just said, ‘Dad, can I come over after work tonight? I have something to tell you.’ My dad responded with a grumpy, ‘Now what?’ I assured him it wouldn’t take long, so he finally agreed.
“At 5:30, I was at my parents’ house ringing the doorbell, praying that Dad would answer the door. I was afraid if Mom answered that I would chicken out and tell her instead. But as luck would have it, Dad did answer the door.
“I didn’t waste any time – I took one step in the door and said, ‘Dad, I just came over to tell you that I love you.’
“It was as if a transformation came over my dad. Before my eyes his face softened, the wrinkles seemed to disappear and he began to cry. He reached out and hugged me and said, ‘I love you too, son, but I’ve never been able to say it.’
“It was such a precious moment I didn’t want to move. Mom walked by with tears in her eyes. I just waved and blew her a kiss. Dad and I hugged for a moment longer and then I left. I hadn’t felt that great in a long time.
“But that’s not even my point. Two days after that visit, my dad, who had heart problems, but didn’t tell me, had an attack and ended up in the hospital, unconscious. I don’t know if he'll make it.
“So my message to all of you in this is: Don’t wait to do the things you know need to be done. What if I had waited to tell my dad – maybe I will never get the chance again! Take the time to do what you need to do and do it now!”
1. I'm not attracted to you.
“I'm not attracted to you.” I don't like you.
I don't like you. I'm not attracted to you, but we still can be friends.
2. Maybe I don't deserve you.
I don't deserve you. She doesn't deserve you.
You deserve it.
3. We don't match each other.
I don't deserve me. We don't match each other. You are a perfect match.
4. He is not my type.
“He is not my type.”

3 not know Jack about

For Pete's sake, stop making so much noise.(哎呀,天哪! I said I was sorry. What else do you want me to do, for Pete's sake?(我已经说对不起了,拜托,你还想叫我怎样啊?)7 a doubting Thomas
He’s a real doubting Thomas — he simply wouldn’t believe I’d won the car until he saw it with his own eyes. 8 a plain Jane
I wonder why a handsome man like Jeff married such a plain Jane. 9 Joe Blow

Mrs. Smith is a friend of mine, but I don’t know her husband from Adam.
13 Jack of all trades
Jack of all trades and master of none. 14 Uncle Sam

I need your John Hancock. 16 Johnny One Note

2008-11-07 10:25:23

If there are people in the United States may have doubts about everything, it was suspected of founder of the United States in the dream of the times we live in is still fresh, and we have questioned the strength of the democratic system, so tonight, these issues have been答案.
This is in the church and school polling station in the front row of the starting unprecedented long answer is given; and so is the 34 hours of the answers given by the voters, many of whom are voting for the first time ever Because they are sure that this time will be different, that their voices will be different from the past, this election is all about.
It is common to all the American people are given the answer - whether young and old, rich or poor, whether Democratic or Republican, whether black, white, Hispanic, Asian, Native, is homosexual or heterosexual, disabled or able-bodied - We have never been a "red state" and "blue states" of the opposition camp, we are the United States of America as a whole, will always be.
For a long time, many people are being warned time and again, all we can to maximize the achievements of irony, concern and suspicion of avoiding responsibilities, but the answer is to allow these people to reach out and grasp of history, it once again towards a better tomorrow for an extension of hope.
Over such a long time, but tonight, as we have today, in this election, at this decisive moment done by the United States has ushered in changes.
I have just received a GREat demeanor Senator McCain's call. In this election, he has been a long hard struggle, and his love for his country's struggle for a longer period of time, the process will become increasingly difficult. He made the United States for most of us imagine the sacrifices that our lives as a result of the selfless courage of the leaders and made contributions to a better place. I told him Perrin and the achievements of the governor congratulated, and I look forward to working with them in the years to come for the revival of the country's wish to work together.
I would like to thank my partners in the journey - has been elected Vice President of Biden. His whole-hearted participation in the election campaign for the general public advocate, who is in his Scranton from small to large partners, but also in the Delaware him back on the train encountered men and women.
If there is no one's strong support, I would not be standing here tonight, she is my last 16 years the best friends, is the backbone of our family and the love of my life, but also our country's next article A wife: • Michelle Obama (Michelle Obama). Sasha (Sasha) and Maria (Malia), I too love you both, you have got a new puppy, it will move into the White House with us. Although my grandmother has passed away, but I know she's loved ones and I am sure is watching me, because they are, can I have today. Tonight, I miss them, I know I owe them can not be the measurement.
My campaign manager David • Mr. Plouffe (David Plouffe), chief strategist David Axelrod • (David Axelrod), as well as the best in the history of political campaign team - is your achievement today, I am eternally grateful to you To achieve this success by making sacrifices.
But the most important thing is that I will never forget the true ownership of the victory - it belongs to you.
I have never been the most promising candidates. The very beginning, we do not have too much money, I have not received the support of many people. Our campaign is not born in Washington's high-resolution door to China, but began in Des Moines, Concord, Charleston where the ordinary people at home.
Our campaign to have the scale, because of the hard work of people from their meager savings in money, also donated a sum of 5 U.S. dollars, 10 dollars 20 U.S. dollars. The campaign's momentum is growing from those young people who refuse to accept that their generation's indifference myth; to leave their homes, leaving their loved ones, to engage in low paid, very hard work; at the same time from Those who have not young people, who braved the cold summer, a stranger knocked on the door of the propaganda campaign carried out; millions more from the American people, they spontaneously organize themselves automatically, and proves that two hundred years later, the people, By the people, the people's government did not disappear from the earth. This is your victory.
I know that you are not done just to win the general election, I also know that you do all this not for me. You do this because you understand the task ahead more difficult. Even as we celebrate the joy this evening, we also know that tomorrow we will face in their lives the most difficult challenge - two wars, faced with a dangerous planet, there are hundreds of years of the most serious financial crisis. Stand here tonight, we know that the Iraqi desert and the mountains of Afghanistan there are brave American soldiers to wake up, risk their lives to protect us. After the child will still find it difficult to sleep the sleep of parents, worried about how the monthly mortgage repayment, to pay medical expenses or keep enough money to send their children to college. We need to develop new energy and create new jobs; we need to build new schools, but also to deal with the many threats to repair relations with many countries.
The road ahead will be long and very difficult. We may not be in a year or even next term of office to achieve these goals, but tonight I have never been so full of hope, I believe we will achieve. I pledge to you - we as a whole will reach the goal.
We will encounter setbacks and unsuccessful start. As for the president made the decisions and policies of each, there will be many people object to hold, we also know that the Government can not solve all the problems. But I will candidly to you the challenges we face. I will listen to your views, especially in a time when we are in any disaGREement. The most important thing is, I will ask you to participate in the reconstruction of this country, the United States 221 years ago has not changed the only way - brick by brick, to work hard.
21 months before the start of the winter should not be in all this the end of autumn. Today's election victory is not something which we seek to change - this is our opportunity to change. And if we continue to act in accordance with the old way, we are looking for change will not happen. You do not and can not have this kind of change.
So let us carry forward the patriotic spirit of the new, establish a new sense of responsibility and sense of service, so that each of us decided to dedicate more effort to work and care for each other. Let us bear in mind the lessons learned from the financial crisis: we can not say in areas other than financial suffering at the same time have a prosperous Wall Street - in this country, we shared.
Let us resist the temptation to re-take the old road to avoid return to the United States poisoned by long-term political parties and disputes arising from the performance of the premature and reGREttable. Let us bear in mind that Illinois is a man for the first time the Republican Party banner Kangdao the White House. The Republican Party is built on self-reliance, individual freedom and the universal values of solidarity, that is what we all cherish the value. Although the Democratic Party this evening to win a great victory, but we are humble attitude impeding our progress and to bridge the differences between the determination to win this victory. Lincoln to the moment we are far more divided country made a speech, he said, we are not enemies, but friends ... ... While the passion may fade, but it will not cut off our feelings. For now, I do not support the Americans, I want to say that I may not win your vote, but I have heard your voices, I need your help, and I will be your president.
Those concerned about the night of the U.S. presidential election overseas, from the palace to ConGREss, as well as the world's forgotten corner of the crowded people on the radio, although we have different experiences, but our destiny is the same, the new leader of the U.S. Was born. Those who want to subvert the world's people, we will definitely beat you. That the pursuit of peace and security of the people, we support you. All those who suspect that the United States can continue to illuminate the prospects for the development of the world's people, tonight we proved once again that our country really does not come from the power of our weapons and the power of the size or wealth, but from the lasting power of our ideals: democracy, Freedom, opportunity and hope that indomitable.
This is the true essence of the United States - the United States can change. We will continue to improve the Federation. We have achieved success in the future as we can, as well as the need to add the achievements of hope.
The election has created a number of "firsts", but also the birth of many generations to spread the story. But tonight I was memorable in Atlanta to vote a woman: an • • Nixon Library Boer (Ann Nixon Cooper). She and millions of others waiting to vote no difference, except one thing: she is 106 years old.
She was born in the era of slavery ended; not have a car on the road at that time, there is no aircraft in the sky; as she was such a person can not vote because of two reasons - first, she is a woman, another reason is that her skin color.
Tonight, I think of her in the United States over the past 100 years experienced by all kinds of: heartache and hope; struggle and proGREss; those we are told we can not be the generation to generation, as well as those who firmly believe that the tenets of the United States ─ ─ Yes, we can do ─ ─ to the people.
At one time, women have no right to speak, their hopes dashed into, but an • • Nixon Library Boer survived, to see the women stood up and saw them loudly to express their opinion, to see them take part in election . Yes, we can do.
30 era when the GREat Depression and dust storms caused people's feelings of despair, she saw a country with Roosevelt's New Deal, the new employment opportunities as well as the common pursuit of new targets to overcome fear. Yes, we can do.
When the bomb hit our harbor, threatening the dictatorship in the world, the United States, she witnessed the rise of a GREat generation, witnessed the rescue was a democratic country. Yes, we can do.
She had a Montgomery bus, connected to the mains Birmingham, Selma to build the bridge, a missionary from Atlanta to tell people: We will succeed. Yes, we can do.
Mankind to the moon, the fall of the Berlin Wall, the world as a result of our science and imagination to be linked. This year, in this election, her fingers touching the screen to cast their ballots, as in the United States lived 106 years later, time has experienced the best and the darkest moment, she knew how to change the United States. Yes, we can do.
The United States, we have come a long way to go. We have a lot of experience. But we still have much to be done. Tonight, therefore, let us ask ourselves - if our children can live well into the next century; if our daughter had the privilege to live as long as security and that they will see what kind of change? How will we achieve proGREss?
It is time for us to answer this question. This is our moment. This is our time - to allow our people to find new jobs for our future generations the opportunity to open the door; to restore prosperity and development, push forward the cause of peace; the "American Dream" renewed radiance, proving once again that such a fundamental truth: that we are Family; a battle, we have hope; When we are faced with ridicule and suspicion when some people say we can not, we have to be eternal with the doctrine in response to them:
Yes, we can do. Thank you. God bless you. God bless the United States of America.

2008-10-29 09:02:51
Swallows may have gone, but there is a time of return; willow trees may have died back, but there is a time of regreening; peach blossoms may have fallen, but they will bloom again. Now, you the wise, tell me, why should our days leave us, never to return? - If they had been stolen by someone, who could it be? Where could he hide them? If they had made the escape themselves, then where could they stay at the moment?
I don't know how many days I have been given to spend, but I do feel my hands are getting empty. Taking stock silently, I find that more than eight thousand days have already slid away from me. Like a drop of water from the point of a needle disappearing into the ocean, my days are dripping into the stream of time, soundless, traceless. Already sweat is starting on my forehead, and tears welling up in my eyes.
Those that have gone have gone for good, those to come keep coming; yet in between, how swift is the shift, in such a rush? When I get up in the morning, the slanting sun marks its presence in my small room in two or three oblongs. The sun has feet, look, he is treading on, lightly and furtively; and I am caught, blankly, in his revolution. Thus--the day flows away through the sink when I wash my hands, wears off in the bowl when I eat my meal, and passes away before my day-dreaming gaze as reflect in silence. I can feel his haste now, so I reach out my hands to hold him back, but he keeps flowing past my withholding hands. In the evening, as I lie in bed, he strides over my body, glides past my feet, in his agile way. The moment I open my eyes and meet the sun again, one whole day has gone. I bury my face in my hands and heave a sigh. But the new day begins to flash past in the sigh.
What can I do, in this bustling world, with my days flying in their escape? Nothing but to hesitate, to rush. What have I been doing in that eight-thousand-day rush, apart from hesitating? Those bygone days have been dispersed as smoke by a light wind, or evaporated as mist by the morning sun. What traces have I left behind me? Have I ever left behind any gossamer traces at all? I have come to the world, stark naked; am I to go back, in a blink, in the same stark nakedness? It is not fair though: why should I have made such a trip for nothing!
You the wise, tell me, why should our days leave us, never to return?

2008-10-29 09:01:22
冰心Stars on a Snowy Night
The thermometer had dropped to 18 degrees below zero, but still chose to sleep in the porch as usual. In the evening, the most familiar sight to me would be stars in the sky. Though they were a mere sprinkle of twinkling dots, yet I had become so accustomed to them that their occasional absence would bring me loneliness and ennui.
It had been snowing all night, not a single star in sight. My roommate and I, each wrapped in a quilt, were seated far apart in a different corner of the porch, facing each other and chatting away.
She exclaimed pointing to something afar, “Look, Venus in rising!” I looked up and saw nothing but a lamp round the bend in a mountain path. I beamed and said pointing to a tiny lamplight on the opposite mountain, “It’s Jupiter over there!”
More and more lights came into sight as we kept pointing here and there. Lights from hurricane lamps flickering about in the pine forest created the scene of a star-studded sky. With the distinction between sky and forest obscured by snowflakes, the numerous lamp-lights now easily passed for as many stars.
Completely lost in a make-believe world, I seemed to see all the lamplights drifting from the ground. With the illusory stars hanging still overhead, I was spared the effort of tracing their positions when I woke up from my dreams in the dead of night.
Thus I found consolation even on a lonely snowy night !
Stars on a Snowy Night。
② “无聊” 翻译为ennui,是英语常用文学语言,意即a feeling of boredom caused by a lack of excitement or activity。
③ “一点星光都看不见” 译为not a single star in sight,是句中独立主格, 和not a single star being in sight同。
译为My roommate and I...,其中用My roommate(同寝之友)代替专门名词He(荷),以免外国读者把He读解为男性第三人称的代词。
She said pointing her finger at...,因英语to point one's finger at有“指责”的含义。
I raised my head to take a look 。译为I liked up即可。
⑦ “山路转折处” 译为round the bend in a mountain path。
“将繁灯当作繁星,简直是抵得过” 译为the numerous lamp-lights now easily passed for as many stars,其中短语to pass for 的意思是“被看作”,“被当作”等。

2008-10-29 08:56:15
Larry EllisonGraduates of Yale University, I apologize if you have endured this type of prologue before, but I want you to do something for me. Please, take a ood look around you. Look at the classmate on your left. Look at the classmate on your right. Now, consider this: five years from now, 10 years from now, even 30 years from now, odds are the person on your left is going to be a loser. The person on your right, meanwhile, will also be a loser. And you, in the middle? What can you expect? Loser. Loserhood. Loser Cum Laude.
"In fact, as I look out before me today, I don't see a thousand hopes for a bright tomorrow. I don't see a thousand future leaders in a thousand industries. I see a thousand losers.
"You're upset. That's understandable. After all, how can I, Lawrence 'Larry' Ellison, college dropout, have the audacity to spout such heresy to the graduating class of one of the nation's most prestigious institutions? I'll tell you why. Because I, Lawrence "Larry" Ellison, second richest man on the planet, am a college dropout, and you are not.
"Because Bill Gates, richest man on the planet -- for now, anyway -- is a college dropout, and you are not.
"Because Paul Allen, the third richest man on the planet, dropped out of college, and you did not.
"And for good measure, because Michael Dell, No. 9 on the list and moving up fast, is a college dropout, and you, yet again, are not.
"Hmm . . . you're very upset. That's understandable.
So let me stroke your egos for a moment by pointing out, quite sincerely, that your diplomas were not attained in vain. Most of you, I imagine, have spent four to five years here, and in many ways what you've learned and endured will serve you well in the years ahead. You've established good work habits. You've established a network of people that will help you down the road. And you've established what will be lifelong relationships with the word 'therapy.' All that of is good. For in truth, you will need that network. You will need those strong work habits. You will need that therapy.
"You will need them because you didn't drop out, and so you will never be among the richest people in the world. Oh sure, you may, perhaps, work your way up to No. 10 or No. 11, like Steve Ballmer. But then, I don't have to tell you who he really works for, do I? And for the record, he dropped out of grad school. Bit of a late bloomer.
"Finally, I realize that many of you, and hopefully by now most of you, are wondering, 'Is there anything I can do? Is there any hope for me at all?' Actually, no. It's too late. You've absorbed too much, think you know too much. You're not 19 anymore. You have a built-in cap, and I'm not referring to the mortar boards on your heads.
"Hmm... you're really very upset. That's understandable. So perhaps this would be a good time to bring up the silver lining.
Not for you, Class of '2000. You are a write-off, so I'll let you slink off to your pathetic $200,000-a-year jobs, where your checks will be signed by former classmates who dropped out two years ago.
"Instead, I want to give hope to any underclassmen here today. I say to you, and I can't stress this enough: leave. Pack your things and your ideas and don't come back. Drop out. Start up.
"For I can tell you that a cap and gown will keep you down just as surely as these security guards dragging me off this stage are keeping me down . . ."
(At this point The Oracle CEO was ushered off stage.)
演讲人 Larry. Ellison是Oracle的CEO。 Larry.

2008-10-29 08:53:06
A group of artists, writers and intellectuals has launched a new "university" in London, designed to help those too tied up with work to appreciate the finer things in life, like art, books and travel.
The School of Life, operating out of a small shop in the arty district of Bloomsbury describes itself as a "chemist for the mind" that plans to dispense "cultural solutions to everyday ailments". It hopes to inspire those who have got out of the habit of reading decent books, cannot keep conversation flowing at dinner parties, or need to expand their holiday horizons.
The philosopher Alain de Botton, author of How Proust Can Change Your Life, and Sophie Howarth, a former curator at the Tate Modern Gallery, are among the faculty members.
The founders believe that people with too little time to spare need after-hours instruction in how to use what little they have to live a more fulfilled existence. "Perhaps you have a burning question for a paleontologist. Perhaps you're considering a career change and want to talk first-hand to a photographer or landscape designer. The School of Life has a large freelance faculty who are willing to meet with you for an hour of chat in exchange for a small fee,” the website explains, listing 50 experts.
Among courses being offered later this year are instruction in life, love, work, family and politics. A typical course, in love, will explore why relationships are so complicated and why attraction ebbs and flows. "We draw on ideas from philosophy, psychoanalysis, literature and art. We discover what the likes of Plato, Shakespeare, Tolstoy and Freud had to say about compassion, empathy and self-love," the instructors promise.
Courses run for six weeks and cost 195 pounds.

2008-10-24 16:11:45
1. Goose bumps
I know that most snakes are harmless, but I can't help it--every time I see a snake, even in a zoo, I get goose bumps all over!
Do you know, I have seen every movie with Madonna in it at least five times. Just seeing her picture in a magazine gives me goose bumps--she's such a beautiful woman!
2 sitting duck
Sure. My friend Joe is a sitting duck for any phony offer that promises to make him rich in a hurry. Anytime a fast-talking salesman comes along with a promise to make Joe a millionaire overnight, Joe will hand over his money. And, of course, he'll never see it again.
It was early on a Sunday morning and the Americans had no warning. So the battleships and destroyers were sitting ducks when the Japanese bombers swept in from the sea.
3 chicken feed
I turned down the job at the hamburger restaurant. They only pay chicken feed--not even enough money to pay my rent.
My grandfather says that 50 years ago a salary of $5,000 a year meant you could live very comfortably. But these days $5,000 is just chicken feed; you'd have a tough time just surviving on it.
4. turkey farm
The man is so incompetent we'd like to fire him. But he has good political connections so we sent him to our turkey farm out in Denver where he can't cause much damage.
There is a secretary in my office who tries to do as little as possible. I have warned her several times. If she continues to behave that way, one day I am going to send her to the turkey farm.
你知道英文husband是怎么来的吗?——husband=house+band 房屋栓牢!(band的含义就是Something that constrains or binds morally or legally约束:在道义上或法律上受到限制或约束的事物。
A house-husband is a man who stays at home and doesn't go to work, while his wife goes to work and earns money. Usually a man becomes a house-husband in order to look after children.
Sociologists have found the full-time househusband emerges in three main situations.
Firstly, if the wife is ambitious, well-paid and has good job prospects, while her husband is paid poorly and has no job prospects, it makes economic sense for the female to become the main income earner for the household.
Secondly, if the wife is tired of household chores and eager to work outside the home, her husband may forfeit his job for her sake.
Thirdly, if the husband can do his work at home, he may take this option as it allows him more time to take care of the family.
In a traditional Chinese family, women are expected to do the housekeeping and leave the "other business" to men. However, the emergence of the full-time "househusband" is changing traditional family dynamics.
A survey in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen shows that 22 percent, 73 percent, 34 percent and 32 percent of white-collar male workers, aged between 28 and 33, would be prepared to do the housekeeping if the conditions were right.
A: Will you go back to work after you have the baby?
B: Oh yeah!
A: Who'll look after the baby when you're at work then?
B: My husband--he's going to quit his job and become a house husband. I earn more than him, so it makes sense really. And he loves kids, so he'll enjoy it.
Some families with full-time househusbands prefer others not to know about their arrangement, concerned people would laugh at a husband with "no prospects" or wife who is "too strong", but it's getting more common. Many of the young men believe a successful man will make a good father.

2008-10-17 08:37:37
Dear wang litte girl:
From see you one eye, I shit love you.
your eyes close,I die;your eyes open ,I come back olive.Your eyes close and open again and again ,I die again and again.
Maybe you do not know me ,no matter.one see clock emotion is pop.
I think I should introduce myself to you.
I call Li old big. toyear 25.
My home four mouth people:papa, mama,I and DD.
I beat letter very fast, because I am a computer high hand.Ievenact as black guest.
I do early fu*ck every day,so that I can have strong body to protect you.
Please come to eat and sleep with me, or I will cut myhair to be a monk , and find a place where many monkslive in to over mylife.
your old big
