Sometime I will miss some good days in Haining city,Chinese leather city,I found my first job as a salesman there.I can remeber that there were 3 young people among us,Vivian,Kico and me.We thought we were lucky when we were employed by Shirley,our former manager.Actually we had a good time there.Sometimes we went out for meal,KTV,get together and so on.
For some reason,I wanted to change my job first,maybe I thought it was a small city,no chanllege,no fresh things to persuit,and the most important,the salary was so low that I even couldn't support my personal life.So I choosed to leave.Before long,Kico had a querrel with Shirley,I didn't know the reason,it seemed all the workers knew that querrel.I can imange what happened that time.Vivian said Kico cried loudly that time.Of coourse,Kico left quickly.Although Miss Shi (director of Shishen company) tried to detain her.But with no result.Maybe serveral days later of that,Vivian left without any word.I asked her why she left,she said in a indifferent way"I choose what I like".Yes,usually we can't forget our first time easily,In Shishen,I leart about foreign trade more than any other.I am sure Shirley liked me most.
Today,I chatted with Shirley again,ot make me surprise was that many people had left,including accountant,manager of human resourse,samples manager and many management employee.What happend to Shishen company?Everyone knows that it is not good when the employees left frequently.Shishen is not a big company,if he want to keep developing in the future,he should try to change the management.Maybe salary,personal development and other things.
Now the things happend in my current company,worker left our company frequently,I am worried about the development of my current company,if this situation keep lasting for a long time,what should I do?
