I have been involved in the little order more than one month's time,I am not sure whether I can get this order from the Germany client.
The first trouble was making the samples,there are so many requirements about the printing logo,offset printing,and more than 7 colors embroidery logo,it was so complex,I have to describe all the details to our printing and embroidery suppliers,and sometime it really made me mad,they can't understand what I mean all the time,I have to explain and teach them how to print and how to embroidery,beside our supplier,the client urged the samples nearly two times one day.
Then when the samples finished,we found the the printing position and embroidery position were not correct,which made me very angry,why? how? It was time to send the samples that I promised to my customer.Then I have to explain that we did something wrong with samples,and took some pictures to the customer for reference,but she needed the samples urgently,she insisted on requesting the samples,even if it was not correct,she said she need to check the quality and material,so I had to send the uncorrect samples to her,to my surprise,the customer was satisfied with the quality and material,and just needed us to correct the printing and embroidery,and there was no need to send the production samples.I was very glad to hear that.
Now we suffered the biggest trouble of testing material,some European standards,such as Cadmium content for all the plastic (including plastic printing)
AZO for all materials,Phthalates for zipper, plastic printing and lining/piping
PAK for zipper, plastic printing and lining/piping,all these we are not sure from our material suppliers.
Now the customer sends the email to ask the news about the material day by day.I choose to be quiet.
