冬天来了春天还会远吗
如果你今天精神不好，如果你今天想逃开考研，如果你今天没有完成任务，如果今天你很沮丧……
 
    找个心平气和的日子坐下来，坐着，抗拒上网，写字，散步，自伤，怀旧等种种诱惑与情绪，连续四小时。其间做题读书，间或发一下呆。开头一个星期有些艰难，之后会好些。据说三个星期连续做一件事可以养成一个习惯，然而人杰者如你我，内心愈狂乱，愈有自制，七天够了。或者最重要的，是心底的那一点不甘，和对自己的信心。坚信不会就此碌碌一生，坚信自己值得更好的，坚信命运始终的垂青。并明白达到那永恒和安心的前景，靠的是自己这小小一双手。我们都在和自己打仗，要克服懒惰、忧郁、颓废、甚至是快乐的诱惑，可是，读书的时候，真的心里很安宁，很塌实，很久都没有这种感觉了，是因为过了太久的浮躁生活。
如果你能正确的面对孤独，你肯定能成功，因为孤独也是生活的一部分。考研本身就是个很痛苦的过程，要承受很多压力与痛苦，有时候会想要放弃了，但是最终还是一次次的从新抬起头，继续努力。痛在考研，乐在考研，它是我们的理想，也是希望。有彷徨，有痛苦，有迷惘，甚至迷失方向，但是这都是必经阶段，我们都要勇敢的去面对，去承受。始终相信一句话：每当蚕蛹破茧而出的时候，都要经历一番痛苦挣扎。风雨只后才是彩虹，为了我们的彩虹，只得现在经历风雨。
 
    天将降大任于斯人也，必先劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行抚乱其所为，然后动心忍性，曾益其所不能。生活实在是平凡和琐碎，我们都需要一个理由或者借口，我们甚至渴望生活对我更残忍一些。我们的确也得试着微笑对待必须面对的所有琐碎的东西,这个社会其实很少情况下可以让你一门心思专门处理一件事情,我们必须学会协调各个事情各色人等,这其实是现代人的最优生存法则,面对无头无絮的要处理的事情,满肚委屈你得做,看开了淡淡笑着处理掉也是在做。
人在世上跌爬滚打,攀爬张望,追名逐利,生离死别,哪样是我们真正想要的?
    
    其实我们这一辈子就是在折腾,等咱们折腾够了,就等着慢慢老去,灰飞烟灭。在我们还没弄明白什么是我们真正想折腾的东西的时候,只要我们干的事情是有意义的,我们就要好好走下去,考研就是这样一个有意义的道路,也许几年以后你发现你适合做老师,或者去创业再或者去出国,不管你发现你适合做什么,你最终的发现必定是--考研--我并没有走错。所以不管出现什么困难,它是多么复杂多么不可承受多么枯燥乏味,我们首先知道我们的道路是正确的,接下来请微笑,泰然处之,游刃有余其实也是一种心理状态。
我们不需要同情，更要避免自我怜惜，因为我们必须理智，必须自己尝试着去寻找力量源泉，去寻找生命赋予我们的无穷力量。成功必须是寂寞的，不止是颠蜂的寂寞，其实更多是过程的孤独。我们总希望跟别人干的是不一样的，至少将来之我跟现在之我能有所不同。我们希望我们是攀爬的，因为我们不想平庸。我们同样也知道单调决不是平庸。也许我们的生活是单调的，但我们必须坚信我们不是平庸的。单调是简单易行的，而坚持单调却需要足够的勇气与毅力！！！
    
    我们在坚持和放弃之间不断选择，我们在不断的说服自己去坚持，然后遇到了生活，我们又劝自己放弃，就这样不断往返，循环前行。如果我们生存的意义是为了快乐，那么为什么还要选择这条充满了荆棘的道路呢？不学习是快乐的吧，可以听音乐，躲在温暖的被子里，抱一本小说，是多么惬意的事情啊！可以去旅游，郊外的空气多么好，骑着自行车，戴着头盔，漂亮的运动服，一起去远行，是多美的事情啊！大概这才是年轻人应有的生活啊。可是，我们选择了考研，我们追求的是自己内心深处的平静。
你有没有过这样的经历：和很多的朋友在一起还是觉得孤独？越是热闹的都市越是觉得寂寞？因为这样的快乐不能触及我们的心灵，虽然我们不肯定自己要的是什么，但是，我知道这些不是我要的。所以，选择了考研。或者，它是我们能达到自己内心平静的一条捷径吧。当然，也许对于生命的追问永无止境，而我们，也永远达不到内心的真正平静。可是，我明白了一件事情，那就是，如果我渴望一种东西，或者我追求一个境界，然后通过我的努力达到了，那么我会很快乐，很快乐。所以，我学会了让自己去追逐这个快乐的过程。我们可能不知道自己要什么样的生活，但是知道什么是我们不要的，这就足够了。
    
    年轻的时候时间是最宝贵的，张爱玲讲：成名要趁早。多么有道理啊，尤其这样的社会，若晚了，等到七老八十了，即使成功对我们又有什么意义呢？现在总有太多的事情可以迷惑你，有太多的烦恼干扰，尤其是在职的话，你要经历你的社会圈子，学着必须学的经验，还要时时提醒自己心中的梦想,如果环境可以改变一个人,我希望你有一个好的至少是向上的氛围。如果你不会受周围的纷扰,那你就要了解,你现在在做什么,过去做过什么,以后想要做什么??人真的是很矛盾,因为他的不知足,所以不会发自内心感觉成功的快乐,反之,你要总满足现状,就失去了上进心,
    
    这世界上很少有生来就自制的人，多数如你我，所以互相的取暖，跌跌撞撞的前行。也许我们走的很慢，但只要一直走下去，终点只有春天！每个人都会有一些自以为很痛的经历。走过之后，发觉真的没那么难。成功的人，无非是更坚强一点而已。自已的伤口，还是让时间慢慢把它结痂。&~真的，我也不止一次的问自己，难道考研就会达到你所追求的东西吗？漫不说考不上，浪费了大好的青春年华，就是考上了，难道就快乐了吗？这样的思考极其痛苦，进而会对自己的所作所为产生怀疑。仔细想想我们现在的问题是：我们都不愿意在这样的状态里继续生命，那么我们只有选择改变，而对于改变来说----------考研是最佳的捷径。生活就象被强奸，要么奋起反抗，要么就闭上眼睛享受吧！道理往往就是这么简单，既然选择了反抗，无论如何就要进行到底。否则还不如不反抗。
    
    坚持下去，我们一起来，我们一定可以。起码这个过程让我们活的有激情。考研这种东西，决定了就要奋不顾身，而且一定要达到目的。梅花香自苦寒来，宝剑锋从磨砺出。不经风雨，怎见彩虹！保持健康，晴朗的心态，静静的把一件事作好是一种快乐。奇迹每天都在发生，只是我们总不肯相信这样的事情会发生在我们这些普通人身上。其实想想，“奇迹”之所以成为“奇迹”就是因为，它发生在我们认为不可能发生的人或地方上，发生了，就是奇迹。

    After reading this article, I really get some strength. Throwing my mind to the past, I really can't feel content with what I have got from my freshman year and sophomore year. I want to be more successful, charming as those who have got their sweethearts, sociable as those who have got a great deal of company, capable as those who have been powerful in the Students Union. Sometimes I am depressed because I feel sorry for myself and I feel inferior because I pity myself. Now I know it is not the right way to face frustrations. The best way is to struggle, to get what I want.I will think it over. A long way streches in front of me.

     When I heard I can be the head teacher of next fresh students, I was overwhelmed with joy. How I long to get the title as well as the opportunities! Throughout university years, I have been trying my best to grasp opportunities to grow up. I am afraid of being rejected by society. I am worried I will not be a qualified graduate in two years. I am working hard to realize every dream. So you can imagine how happy I was when I got the opportunity to contact students and train my ability as well as character. Pride and excitement swelled in my heart when hearing the news.

     However, Terry, my roomate got a better opportunity. She becomes the League Branch Secretary and Party Branch Secretary. In the contrast, I am nobody. In the very beginning, I was very jealous. I thought I should have done better, or at the very least the equal job with her. Later, my wisdom and vanity reconciled with each other.

     I admit I am full of vanity sometimes. I long to get high titles. I am proud of being beyond peers. I want to stand out in millions. It is part of my character.

     On the other hand, I know in a person's lifetime,it is what you do in your position rather than what position you grasp in hand that really matters.Social stations are for few god's favored ones. When they don't turn up for you, you have to be prepared and wait for their arrival. Once they come, you must treaure what people give you as you are trusted. Grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. We must know vanity will ruin our sense of responsibility.

     So I am determined to do the best I can. Honor is the reward of hard work rather than the aim. True happiness lies in your service for the majority.

       As a student in the experimental class, together with other classmates, I have been experimented for two years under Professor Xiao's might. During the experiment, we learned to take advantage of portfolio to monitor our daily study.We have been introduced blog and "forced" to write in English.Planning and atonomy study were stressed all the time so that we would not idle away even a day.Besides, intensive, extensive and protensive thinking was emphasized in our compositions so that we would not appear superficial.

      In spite of all the advantages brought by his reform and experiment in our class, he fails to keep the experimented students in his class in the third year of university, which is indicative of the failure of the overall reform, and also an evidence of his lack of attraction.

      Seeing the tragical result, I wonder what lessons I can draw from his failing experience.

      The first question is whether he failes. Judging from the apperance, he is not able to keep his students. However, this is just temporary. The profound influence he has on us is unseen by most people. I will retain the essence of his thoughts and initiated experiment. The final result will be seen after years or decades.

      Second, reform is doomed to entail resistance. In history, Shang Yang was torn apart by five chariots. The reforms of Wang An-shi ended up with criticism. New things have to go through hardships before they come to their own.

       Now my good friend is sitting in some corner of the library to prepare for the final examinations. I reflect on what we have gone through in the daytime and feel the happiness of regaining understanding from her.

      We were once good friends, if not the best.But somehow we were no longer close as before. Luckily we realized the growing gap and made it up in time.

       Friendship, like love, is sweet at the very beginning. One is the other's shdow. Friends hang out together, have meals together, and confide everything even loathome confidences. However, later, the two become more and more distant, for one reason or another. Both are occupied with their own businesses and simply fail to spare quality time for each other.

       What can friends do at the very time? Let it be or do sth. to it? My opinion is the latter.

       Time can deprive us of many valuable tressures, of which friendship is top on the list. We should do everything we can to maintain the good relationship instead of let go of it. Otherwise one will end up with being isolated from what once surrounded him with love and happiness.

      Wish friends get happy ending!

       He is my friend whom I knew from a radio programme Midnight Sunshine, a considerate and gentle boy who speaks patiently and listens carefully on the phone. He is older, therefore he is more experienced about the earthly stuff. I haven't known him much yet but I can tell right away from his words and story that he is a very kind boy, the kind that clings to love and never lets go.

      That night I got so many replies when the host of the radio programme announced my phone number mistakenly through the radio. Among all the messages asking to make friends with me, his is in the most polite tone. Without receiving replies within minutes, he resent one mildly asking whether I was too busy with the message flood.

      So I remembered him, a graduate from my university, my school fellow, my new friend, Zhou Wen.

      The first time we met was one month later.He took a bus back to school. I was standing in the balcony facing to the wind when talking to him on the phone. Trifles passed and sadness finally emerged in his words. The real thing was touched as the conversation was pursued--He lost her beloved girl not just long ago. Hearing that he cried before tellephoing me threw my mind back to the sad story of my friend Peng peng. Why do boys have to be hurt so when they fall out of love?Can't lovers just remain friends when the romance is over? I can't comprehend...

     I think it is from real story on that I know sth. about a soul but not a person. I am tired of commonplace conversations between nodding acquaintances so I am in earnest when a friend confides to me sth. heartfelt.

     I think I didn't help much because I lost my words in that conversation later on. I really didn't know how to comfort a broken heart. I was not experienced.

     When I met him, I was a little surprised. In my mind's eye, he was sunny and more cheerful, maybe the kind of neighbour's brother.But in fact he was much thinner and kind of calm.I reflected to myself that imagination has a bunch of possibilities while the truth has one version. And only the very one is real.I prefer truth.

    Weeks later, we met once again.This time we hang out around the campus. I like quietness, so we chose the road on which there were fewer passerbys. I heard more about the his past with ex-girlfriend, about how happy they once were, how soon the promises as well as feelings collapsed and how hard he has tried to hold the flying cheer tight. It seemed everything ended up with sadness though he took pains to keep the past...I simply listened,cold wind on my skin and dim light shadows.

    That night I was sleepless, tossing and turning restlessly on bed till midnight. His words about the girl and the things happening between them haunted me. I wished I could give him a broad smile and some joking words to spare him the gloomy mood. But I didn't. I thought I was far from a qualified true friend.

    As time goes on I think I should do sth. because my friend is in a ungratifying situation now, so I chose to encourage him with words. While I sent him messages I asked myself whether there was a need for me to persevere. The answer was yes.

    So it is how everything is going now-I try my best to let him feel he is cared by somebody. I don't care whether the SMS reminde him of the sender, I do care his feeling of being cared and the warmth infused to a hurt heart.That is enough.

Quick Start

  Churchill's famous speeches are well known for the tough spirit put into them, so should be every ordinary person's life.

   Time is limited but our spirit never dies. Energy will wear but persistence never withers. A person with strong spirit will win over time, so will I.

   We give up our past because they no longer belong to our present life. We give up old friends because we have new ones. We give up dreams because we want sonething else. However, the more we give up, the more we lose. It seems we are moving on with time, but we become human winthout history, memory and rebelling towards what is cruel to our life---nonstop time.

    So if everything is going on without stopping, if friendship and love fade with time, if we are to grow older and older under the shdow of years, I wanna grab the tail of everything I am to lose. Why not? Time can deprive us of many things but not our spirit. If we are willing to endure its tyranny, we are to die without our soul.

      This movie tells a story of a couple of sisters(acted respectively by Shu Qi and Zhao Wei) and between a police woman (acted by Mo Wenwei).  The fragments in the movie is quite touching.

       When Angel(acted by Shu Qi) met her fomer boyfriend, she wanted to be together with him badly, but her identity didn't allow her to--she was a killer.For family's reason, she got into that awful occupation. He(acted by Song Chengxian) also didn't let go. So they dated and prepared to get married. But the dilemma between occupation and love was a torture for her.Once in a big rain, she burst into tears and poured out all mixed feelings. He, the tender man, ran across the street and brought a bottle and water and then heated it, for her to warm hands. She couldn't help crying over his shoulders.

      The second frament was when Angel died of a murder, and for her little sister. Her little sister cried like a kid lost himself in the world. Their profund love between sisters made me think of my elder sister. Our love is like theirs. For many years, after parents got divorced, we have encouraged, supported and loved each other. We are the closest ones for each other in the world.

     At last, when the police woman(acted by Mo Wenwei) went to the gun battle with her former enemy(acted by Zhao Wei), I saw the strength of justice. Police and killer stood hand in hand for just careers.

     Shu Qi wins a lot of my love for her excellent skills in the movie. Once I thought she is just charming. But now I believe she is no more than charming. She is cool!

       Learn sth. from Yang Yang's radio programme midnight sunshine. 

       firstly,be good to yourself, wherever you are and whatever you do.

       Second, hold fast that gives you pleasure.

       Third, love your parents at this moment more than anytime you can.

       Fourth, be grateful towards the world.

        Let's build a sunny state of mind, then we can live happily.

Evidence One

What is learning?

1. Learning as a quantitative increase in knowledge. Learning is acquiring information or ‘knowing a lot’.
2. Learning as memorising. Learning is storing information that can be reproduced.
3. Learning as acquiring facts, skills, and methods that can be retained and used as necessary.
4. Learning as making sense or abstracting meaning. Learning involves relating parts of the subject matter to each other and to the real world.
5. Learning as interpreting and understanding reality in a different way. Learning involves comprehending the world by reinterpreting knowledge. (quoted in Ramsden 1992: 26)

Evidence Two:

'knowing that' and 'knowing how'

A man knowing little or nothing of medical science could not be a good surgeon, but excellence at surgery is not the same thing as knowledge of medical science; not is it a simple product of it. The surgeon must indeed have learned from instruction, or by his own inductions and observations, a great number of truths; but he must also have learned by practice a great number of aptitudes. (Ryle 1949: 48-49)

        Evidence Three:

     Learning as a process - task-conscious or acquisition learning and learning-conscious or formalized learning

1. In the five categories that Säljö identified we can see learning appearing as a process - there is a concern with what happens when the learning takes place. In this way, learning could be thought of as 'a process by which behaviour changes as a result of experience' (Maples and Webster 1980 quoted in Merriam and Caffarella 1991: 124). One of the significant questions that arises is the extent to which people are conscious of what is going on.

   Task-conscious or acquisition learning. Acquisition learning is seen as going on all the time. It is 'concrete, immediate and confined to a specific activity; it is not concerned with general principles' (Rogers 2003: 18). Examples include much of the learning involved in parenting or with running a home. Some have referred to this kind of learning as unconscious or implicit. Rogers (2003: 21), however, suggests that it might be better to speak of it as having a consciousness of the task. In other words, whilst the learner may not be conscious of learning, they are usually aware of the specific task in hand.

   Evidence Four:

   the cognitive orientation to learning

   Where behaviourists looked to the environment, those drawing on Gestalt turned to the individual's mental processes. In other words, they were concerned with cognition - the act or process of knowing. As he puts it: 'Learning results from inferences, expectations and making connections. Instead of acquiring habits, learners acquire plans and strategies, and prior knowledge is important' (1998: 18). The principles he identifies are:

   • Instruction should be well-organized. Well-organized materials easier to learn and to remember.
   • Instruction should be clearly structured. Subject matters are said to have inherent structures - logical relationships between key ideas and concepts - which link the parts together.
   • The perceptual features of the task are important. Learners attend selectively to different aspects of the environment. Thus, the way a problem is displayed is important if learners are to understand it.
   • Prior knowledge is important. Things must fit with what is already known if it is to be learnt.
   • Differences between individuals are important as they will affect learning. Differences in 'cognitive style' or methods of approach influence learning.
   • Cognitive feedback gives information to learners about their success or failure concerning the task at hand. Reinforcement can come through giving information - a 'knowledge of results' - rather than simply a reward.

   As learning progresses, however, informal language exposure becomes more and more valuable, and formal lessons become relatively less important, but a systematic exploration of topics and cultural themes can be helpful at any stage.

       Recently we have been learning lessons about "love". Some people say love is fallancy because it can be substituted for money. Love isn't priceless as we think.Some people insist that love is the most precious in the world.I am totally confused by different voices flooding into my mind.

      As I have noticed during the past years and heard from people around, I have the following conclusions:

      One, love is not everlasting. However sweet it is at the beginning, it will end with death.Even lovers can develop into enemies.

     Two, love can be fostered. With better understanding, there is a chance that friends can be lovers.Maybe when you know more about friends, you will strengthen the friendship not love. But it is true that friends can be lovers.

     Three, well-managed love is sweetest thing in the world, while ill-managed love is the bitterest thing in the world. I have heared about miserable marriages of my friends'parents. They got married and were very close at the beginning, but their life ended with lifelong quarrel and strong determination to break free from each other. I can hardly imajine how a couple who were ever so close become enemies.

     However, there also exist couples who are very intimate throughout their lives. I think it is a great luck to get a good spouse and keep in good terms with him throughout the life, not the other way round.

     Since I am not experienced, I know nothing further. Now I am thinking about the problem"Love and money".Can you share any views on love?

   有机是一个很广的概念，它包括对于自身的关爱，对于环境的保护，以及推而广之的对人、对物、对世界的一种态度。如果你仅仅认为它是一种食物，或是觉得它必须要以金钱作后盾的话，那就大错而特错了。有机其实是一种生活态度和生活方式的概括。

    那么，什么是有机的生活方式呢？我的理解是所有追求健康的体魄，追求阳光、乐观、积极的心态，追求爱、平和，追求高尚的人格和梦想，追求执著的信念，追求自立、自强、热情、谦虚等一切积极、美好的事物的人，他们的生活方式就是有机的生活方式。

    当然，以上更多的是针对精神层面的“有机”而言，那么谈到具体的生活，我想可以用“均衡”二字来概括。均衡的生活即是有机生活，是你的每一天、每一个计划，都要兼顾健康、理财、人脉、家庭、学习、休闲、工作、心灵这八大领域。举例来说，就是你每一天都要锻炼身体，要理财，要拓展人脉，要关爱你的家庭和家人，要学习新的知识，要留出一定的时间休闲放松，要工作，要照顾一下你的心灵。少了任何一样，你的人生就不完满，你的生活就不均衡，你就要欠债。

     The above words give us some inspirations of how to live a balanced life. To a certain degree, I am in common with the auhtor Siyang. For several years, I have been thinking about how to keep a healthiful lifestyle. Through my own thinking and inspirations from my instructors, I conclude the lifestyle I choose into several phrases:" sunny state of mind, sports, health, communication,positive attitude."

      In Chinese, it is "阳光的心态， 运动，健康，沟通交流，积极的人生态度。”In my eyes, health is the foremost thing in our lives. Without a strong body, you can't work and live wholeheartedly. It is the premise of everything. Many people ruin their health due to overwork, which is very stupid. I prefer a healthy body to everything else.

     Different kinds of sports such as jogging and playing basketball can strenghthen our body. Some of my classmates don't like to do excercise due to laziness. It is also a stupid choice. With a little excercise everyday, we can keep energetic, thus improving working efficiency.

     Second, a sunny state of mind can greatly help a person deal with many trifling matters. If one's life is full of negative thoughts such as unhappiness and unsatisfaction, he doesn't have the courage and confidence to move on, let alone enjoy life. On the contrary, if a person is always optimistic and holds positive attitude, he can discover beauty of life and will live satisfiedly.

      Apart from the ensurance of health and positive state of mind,we need a harmonious relationship with people. Never keep yourself to yourself, or else you will be limited to a lonely island. Society is a big stage and you need audience when performing.

      I think as independent individuals, we should pay attention to economic conditions. Learn to make, spend and save money. After all, an abundant of money can gurantee your material needs. What's more, with enough money, you can enrich your spiritual world.

      To sum up, health, positive attitude, communication and money are neccesities of earthly life. Let's try the best to our ability to accomplish all of them!

   A soul mate, what a tempting word! Before, I was a pessimistic girl, and I took it for granted that I was nothing but a lonely being in the world. The divorce between my parents, the poor family background, and the awful living conditions of mom deeply depressed me and made me no longer exoscopic as I were in childhood. Indeed, I felt loneliness and cruelty in the face of reality. My inner world seemed to be an unapproachable lonely island, and I were kept away from others.

    18 years have passed, my character remains-independent, a little introverted, and unapproachable. But I am no longer the childish little girl years ago. I come to understand there are love and warmth in the world. No matter what happens, my mom, my elder sister, my dad(though he has been distant to me), my relatives and my friends are out there for me. Absolutely, I am not alone in the world. As for soul mates, if there is no, at least I can be one of myself's as long as I am strong-willed enough to solve all the problems.

     So, I'm no more pessimistism. Keeping optimistic is my mom's life philosophy and now it is passed to me. I believe I become more optimistic than before. I will make my life better and better with the help of optimism.

       I heard a lecture given by a famous professor in my college. He is well-known and we often read his articles in school newspaper. Although he is retired now, he is respected by many students. What he taught me today is priceless.

     He mainly talked on the relation between reading and life. In his eyes, the main aim of reading is to perfect one's character and morality. He doesn't believe in reading books for interest. "With reading,"he said, you can broaden your horizon and open your mind. Don't attach so many meanings to reading. It's not for future jobs, higher wages or anything connected with fame and interest. To read is to gain happiness, to maintain relaxation.

     He also believes in sunny state of mind for reading. "When you are unhappy,"he said,"take a walk or hanging out with friends." With anxiety and worry, one can never achieve anything in study.  This is called "learning for pleasure".  The traditional saying "Only with bitter efforts, can you achieve higher than others" is not true. Because life itself is not a bitter thing. If one thinks life is bitter and he is struggling, he can't gain happiness at all. Instead, he is suffering.

    When asked about how to deal with parent-child relationship in a single family, he suggested the child should attend to the single mother well and take the responsibility that his father should have taken. I learnt a lot from him.

    The lecture ended with warm applauds. Professor Qi is really great.By thinking while reading many books, He understands a lot about life. No wonder he is so experienced and mature compared with us.
