A strange phenomenon I found today

      I  have  been  calm  since  morning.   The  quietness  I  get  from  my  soul  suggests  me  something.

   When  I  feel  calm,   I  have  strong  self-control.   I  know  what  I  should  do and  do  them.   On  the  contrary,   when  I  was  uneasy  before,   I  always  did  stupid  things:  Have  junk  food redardless  of  health when  I  was  grouchy;Surf  the  Internet  for  a  long  time without  meals when  I felt  blank  and  empty  in  mind.   Now  I  am  calm,  I  have  strong  self-control  not  to  do  such  stupid  things.    I  just  eat  as  wisely  as  possible,   arrange  what  I  should  do  well...It  is  a  good  phenomenon.   I  think  when  we  need  to  froster  good  habits   and  get  rid  of  bad  ones,   keep  calm  because  calmness  can  give  us  much  patience.   It  also  can  help  us  do  things  more  inllectually.   Otherwise,  with  bad  mood,   you  can  only  make  things  worse.
