   My boss like words of praise,and scan things only just exterior,when someone what say that who she sure think true.So she don't like me with other hard to do good job ,i were hard work and confidence my job before,now i think to do good so,because i dislike slickness to others that factely is true ,and i like straightforward say everythings ,so awayse offend who like sweet tallk at some time.But responsible work attitude obtain recognize from be everyone.

   The weather's bad in my home town ,my two sister went to go home that is can't ,because has 170000 people stick around railway station in the GuangZhou,its very terrible.

1.Creativity takes time and silent space.It is best to schedule time daily or at least weekly to allow yourself time to develop your creativity.

2.There are cycles of creativity.We are not always in a harvesting:phase and there will be times when you feel as if nothing is happening.Don't become concerned.

3.Select mentors,friends and dream partners wisely. A sad,but true,fact is that not everyone (sometimes even those closest to you ) will support your dreams.You don't have to sever any ties,just carefully select the members of your creative team.

4.commit to yourself.Overcoming guilt is a big factor in unleashing creativity.It may mean having a messy house or not overcomming.

5.Set strong boundaries.Choose your commitments carefully.To paraphrase Oparah Winfrey-"I say No to many things,so that I may say yes to what gives me life."

6.Work from your strengths.We have a tendency to focus on our weaknesses and spend enormous amounts of time trying to "improve".The reality is that were you to spend 80% of your effort to become good at a weakness you might improve that area by 20%.But if you were to spend that same 80% of your effort to improve an area of strength,you might improve it by 100% or more!

7.Fear is a companion of creativity.Make friends with fear,you will probably feel fear when you venture out into unfamiliar territory.Expect it and redefine it as energy so you can move on.

8. Stop criticizing yourself.Stay positive about your performance.Yes,you can polish it and improve,but focus on the fact that yuo are taking action in the first place.

9.Get over perfectionism.A tough one! You will rarely try anything new if you only stick to the things you have already mastered.

10.Play,have fun,feel joyful!Creativity is about play.When you do the things you love and abandon yourself to your feelings of joy,you know you've found your highest expression of creativity.

 

 

  The courage of life is often a less dramatic spectacle than the courage of a final monent; but it is no less a magnificent mixture of triumph and tragedy. A man does what he must-in spite of personal consequences,in spite of obstacles and dangers and pressures-and that is the basis of all human morality.

  To be courageous…requires no exceptional qualifications,no magic formula,no special combination of time,place and circumstance.It is an opportunity that sooner or later is presented to us all .Politics merely funishes one arena which imposes special tests of courage. In whatever arena of life one may meet challenge of courage,whatever may be the sacrifices he faces if he follows his conscience- the loss of hi friends,his fortune,his contentment,even the esteem of his fellow men- each man must decide for himself the course he will follow.The stories of past courage can define that ingredient-they can teach,they can offer hope,the can provide inspiration.But they cannot supply courage itself.For this each man must look into his own soul.

 The air we breathe is so freely available that we take it for grated.Yet without it we could not survie more than a few ninutes.For the most part,the same air is available to everyone,and everone needs it.Some people use the air to sustain themwhile they sit around and feel sorry for themselves.Others beathe in the air and use the energy it provides to make a magnificent life for themselves.

 Opportunity is the same way. It is everythere.Opportunity is so freely available that we take it for grated.Yet opportunity alone is not enough to create success.Opportunity must be seized and acted upon in order to have value.So many people are so anxious to "get in "on a "ground floor opportunity ",as if the opportunity will do all the work.That/s impossible.

 Just as you need air to beathe, you need opportunity to succeed.It takes more than just breathing in the fresh air of opportunity,however.you must make suse of that opportunity.That's not up to the opportunity.That's up to you.It doesn't matter what 'floor"the opportunity is on.What matters is what you do with it.

Today,i am busy whole day ,but is a little not value ,i think my idea has few point of view as below:

First The matter was meaningless ,second because repeat did it,and my colleague very angry all,but i can't such this like them,i am a leader.In fact,the trouble in my heart.so i feel very the helpless. hope my boss consider cleaning when she prepare arrange to do anything to us .  

 

   A person may have an idea about himself that will prevent him from doing good work .

   He may have the idea that he is not capable of it,it is easy to get such an idea even though there is not justification for it. A child may think the is stupid because he does not understand how to make the most of his mental faculties,or he may accept another person's mistaken estimate of his ability . Older people may be handicapped by the mistaken belief that they are incapable of learning anything new because of their age.

   A person who believes  that he is incapable will not make a real effort ,because  he feels that it would be useless. He won't go at a job with the confidence necessary for success, and he won't work  his hardest, even though he may think he is doing so. He therefore is likely to fail,and the failure will strengthen his belief in ths incompletence.

   Alfred adler, a famous psychiatrist,had an experience which illustrates this. When he was a small boy he got off to a poor start in arithentic. His teacher got the idea that he hat no ability in arithmetic, and told his parents what she though is order that they would not expect too much of him.In this way , they too developed the idea, "Isn't it  too bad that Alfred can't do arithmetic?" He accepted their mistaken estimate of his ability,felt that it was useless to try,and was very poor in arithmetic,just as they expected.

   One day he became very angry at the teacher and the other studends because the laughed when he said he saw how to do a problem which none of the other students had been able to solve.

   Adler succeeded in solving the problem. This gave him confidence.He rejected the idea that the couldn't do arithmetic,and was determined to show them that he problems with a new spirit . He now worked with interest,determination,and purpose,and he soom became extraodinarily good in arithmetic.he not only proved that he could do arithmetic,but he learned early in life from his own experience that,if a person goes at a job with determination and purpose, he may astonish himself as well as others by his ability.

   This experience made him realize that many people have more ability than they think they have, and that lack of success is as often the result of lack of knowledge of how to apply one's ability,lack of confidence,and lack of determination as it is the result of lack of ability.

I hope improve my english ,so i will set down that sure to do plan, must write down one diary english everyday,even hasn't time be completion.

The key to success is not so much moeny as a strong will. A great man is one who has a strong will and an indomitable spirit. In other words,if a man dose not have a strong will to win get ther final victory, he will never succeed in his life.He is no more than a failure.

It is quite obvious that there is nothing diffcult in the world.If you make up  your to do it, you will certainly caaomplish you end .That stands to reason.

Theseday ,the zhongshan's weather very cold,so i've got cold and i feeling trouble.don't think anything to do .hope the cold pass already that i have a health body.

yesterday was new year start,i worked full day ,but not busy ,so i was very worried,beacause my boss said:if not busy that who don't work and go home.

i promises sure busy,and hope keep a few staff work.finally attest my decide was wrong. last year our busy very good ,why this year is very poor? wish has a luck this year and promotion my position.
