The worried days

这几天,心情特别不好,工作起来也就不顺心,老爱对员工发脾气,因此,人人见到我就不说话,而我自己也就更加难过了,今天早上看了一场电影,题材是报告队长,讲的是监狱里发生的一些事,一个队长如何用自己的爱心真心管理那些犯人……我突然发觉这段时间对员工的态度是多么的不对，应该要去理解和沟通，只有心灵上的沟通才能赢得员工真正的心。我告诉自己，微笑吧，明天会美好。

These days,my mood awayse very worryed that my job not satisfactory ,so i also have get angry with employee,when i appear around staffs the ambience become to be urgent at time and no everyone speak.look this such i feel more worried.
