作息时间表吧（转）

淄博市，每年都由市教育局进行综合排名。淄博一中的升学率连续三年全市第一。在生源连年很差的情况下（每年淄博一中的入取分数线都要比淄博实验中学等学校低30分左右），怎么取得的第一名呢？且看看他们的作息时间表吧

有心的老师可以为学生们算算，他们有多少时间可以自由活动的。作为一名班主任，我们必须比学生去的早，比学生走的晚。基本上从早上5点半起床一直在学校待到学生离开要到晚上10点半。回到家里精疲力竭，狠不得倒头就睡。有时候两个星期都来不即洗澡。平时跟外界基本上是隔绝的，有的老师一个星期不出一次校门。学生更是如此。另外学校两周休息一天。就是休周日，但老师和学生必须在周日的晚上回校上晚自习。晚自习全算给班主任，如果不去，领导会跟你谈话。如果去了，也没有丝毫报酬。平均每天的工作量在14个小时以上。每个月考一次试，学校要进行比较，算入老师的教学成绩中，弄的老师和学生人心惶惶的。这就是现在地方上教育的现状。听到省厅要进行改革，老师们的反应非常冷漠，都认为是不可能的。真是教育的悲哀啊。有的学生把学校比作文明的监狱其实一点都不过分。不过这里的监狱里不光关着学生，而且关着老师而已。。。。

What A school and B school?????

Is that just the name of the school? to me, School A mean any random school ...but not sure what do you mean by A school.......

Not just in Shandong, I think most of places in China have such sitituation. I rember when I was in high school, there was two matchable schools, both of which brought up many undergraduates every year. In holiday,much of the time of students in grade 3 of high school is taken up by making up lessons. The making up lessons event is reported by the city TV station and two schools were amerced. However, making up lessons event still happened later. Principals in A school were afraid that B school may surpass A school. Meanwhile, Principals in B school were afraid that A school may surpass B school.
Hear is the thing, since the entrance exam exists, pressure can never disappear..
