do not think so, the oil price in internal does be low than oversea, but where is so much toll-road and annual fee-road out of China?
In China, the oil expensive for a car is not important cost for car-owner, but others. ---------------

What's the most threatening is that everyone thinks that what s/he is doing doesn't make a great deal ... thinks that we should live today to the fullest, who cares tomorrow...
