How time is flying. I have graduated from school by three years, I am serving in only one company in this three years. there is a new position in each year, I am rising as my job, the first position is a common engineer and the next is a team leader, I will work as a director and charge near 20 members from this month. Generally speaking, it is a chance to experience for me, although the income is not much more than last positiong. I really want to change my present job and to learn more new diferent knowledge to improve my capability. In my opinion, it is need to change another some jobs in your career age. Although there is a better position than past one, I do not want work in only one company in all my career time, if there is a better chance I think i will leave to there. I have talked with my manager about our team future building, I do not agree on that what he said completely, so I plan to find a new job now.
