I felt a little low, I can't find the real cause about this fettle since this early month. Maybe, I should change something about my job and life, or communicate with my best friends and families and accept some useful advice to improve present fettle of me. Although I will work as a director in next week, I am felling not so good. This position which I have expect for a long time, but all the work atmosphere is changed to bad, there is no more activity,power and clearn goal, maybe it is too much gloomy about the present situation. Most of my colleagues who belong to my department will come to another place there is a new factory of our company, and all people will focus on there, and I am still leave in the old place. The job of me will be easy, but I have only a few times to take exercise, because there is a little chance to solve and finish the problem. So I think it is not a very good job position for me at this time, what I need is a exercise chance to make progress of my capability. When I knew some information about my college classmates who have a better development than me, I felt a bit sad really. I know every successful man who must have hard done. Jealousy is never useful, the right way is hard work.
