  • I handed my resignation to boss in the first career.

    Time is flying, I am working in this company near three years after graduating from university. In these three years I did not change any company only working as three positions of CE. There is no more development chance and higher salary in the current position, so I have to find a new chance to develope out of the present company. Although I was feeling free and have no much task to do, it is not good for my career development if this situation last too long time, so I decided to face a challenge to new environment and situation. I have made an agreement with my manager for my resignation I will leave the present company after half month at June 15 and else two weeks of June I am going to have a good rest and go back hometown accompany my families. I know I will busy working in the next half year, there will be a great number of knowledge of the new job that I need to study and know. It is a little difficult to learn and work in a new industry, not too bad there is something of the next job deal with my major and the last experience, so I believe in myself I will be well done. Continual studying is necessary.

  • I have got a new job.

    Fortunately, I got a new better job tow days ago, I can change the work one month later. The new company that is a foreign enterprise frome USA, the english is its official language in daily work. I need to talk with my boss in english in the interview, although I have got ready before the interview, it is a little difficult for me, after all it is the second time for to interview in english and last time I was a failure. I know my english is not good enough, but after the small successful interview I am feeling a bit confident I can make a bigger progress in english some time later. I will join te new company one month later, I have to study english harder in this month for my new job, working in a foreign enterprise it is a good chance to improve the english capability I think. When I got the good news I told my Dad and Mum firstly, although they can not know much about my job I can fell they are much happy when they heared the news, frankly speaking I am also happy then. Today I have sent a resignation letter to my manager via-email, but he did not give me any answer because of his being off today and he is busy planing the next job of our department. I hope I can talk with him as soon as possible and finish the residual job. If there is enough time I plan to have a rest for one week to get ready my new job. It is time to sleep now, good night.

  • Earthquake disaster sad days.

    All of China are so sad after 5.12 earthquake in SC province. Most of chinese are can not go to SC to help the people who were stricken in this earthquake disaster. There are a great number of words that I want to say after this disaster but I was able to say nothig, because of the sadness. The only thing that I can do it is to pray everyday. It is a little busy this term for my daily work, there is being a new job that I need to finish in this week, but I remember the earthquake all the time, I can not do anything for that. I have to finish the present job well also to find a better position everyday, because I really want to change for a new job at present time and I have sent some resumes for new job, I got a call for an interview of a foreign company this afternoon and I want to try this friday. I think there will be a good development chance for my future career if the interview is being successful. However, the english capability is necessary for this daily work, including speaking,writing and listening ability are masterly. Today we have talked for a while in english, but I still worry about my english ability especially spoken english. Anyway I will do my best to finish this interview. Bless SC people.

  • The earthquake in the SC province this afternoon.

    There is an earthquake in WC county of SC province of SW China at 14:28. Because of the damage of the traffic, electric power and communications, so the local situation can not be knew  by other place people of china, but most of the place of china where people can fell the earthquake more or less, according the elementary account there are more than 14 provinces of china where people can fell the quake, even the east city SH where also felt the quake more 2 minutes. After this earthquake there a number of the house have been destroyed and including the school buildings where all the schooles have stoped the lessons. By now there are 7651 people have been died, and the number is not the final one. The central and local government are doing their best to save the  people who are bit by the serious natural calamity. It is deep night good luck for all the calamity place people.

  • The Olympic flame in SZ.

    The Olympic flame made its first trip to Mount Qomolangma as Chinese mountaineers brought it to the top of the world at 9:12 a.m. Beijing time on Thursday. Because of the activity at the Mont Qomolangma ,the olympic flame was passed at SZ postpone about three hours.However,there are a great number of people can not get the imformation about this change,they arrive at the street where the olympic flame will be passed.Because of the job I can not go to watch the olympic flame myself, only get the locale condition from the photos and video on the net, but I can fell the locale atmosphere that is so crazy. You can see a lot of people include youngs,middle age and old mem, they are all wiht flags and calling loudly continually, some people even climbed in the trees or on the bus top in order to watch the olympic flame clearly. Best wishes for The Beijing Olympic games.

  • I want to change my present job.

    Today I got a call from a past colleague of our department, she told me that she didn't change job again after leaving our company and she is being well now. Yeah, congratulation to her for her happy life and work in my heart. There are a great number of members leave our corporation every year, most of them also foud a better job. Our Inc is one of the biggest companies in the industry field, but there are a lot of mini the same kind corporation that produce the same goods, because of the stronger RD and M capability the average ability of the members of our company is higher than others.If you leave our company and work in the same field it is easy to find a better job in the mini corporattion of the same industry. We all agree that our company is a school of this industry of its field, beacuse of the leaving of the person with ability continually. Although the company is become bigger and bigger year by year, the culture and management is not qualified with the development of company, so it is jumbled. I didn't fell any enthusiasm sometimes, so I want to get a new job to change my mood.

    Today I met one old friend, he also is a classmate of my high school, since we all went to university we have not met by near 8 years. He have got married and settled down in another city where he finished univercity time. However, he did't work in the field that he studyed in the college for five years. In past time I knew his real dream is to be a excellent doctor, but he gived up his major and to do other job. He told me his condition is not bad now, yeah, happy or not depending on your mind to the life. We are no more young, it is time to get married and settle for me, but sometimes I asked myself if you are all ready, it means taht I will face more and more .pressure.

  • My labor day this year.

    The labor day vacation is over, this year the vacation is only for three days firstly since beging the "golden week" in china.The first day always is very very crowded in a long holidays, and the traffic is very very busy in all of the main city of china, like as SZ. So having a rest is the most imortant thing for me in the first day of the labor days, and I don't go anywhere then only being at home, because I hate the crowed condition, there are so much people,traffic tool and noise, I will fell so bad at this condition. I usually went back hometown in past long vacations in advance, I taked the holidays together wiht my families and have a good rest try my best, but this vacation is not long enough to come back my hometown, so I am leaving in SZ. The seond day I met some friends near my place, finishing the appointment is not need to the special traffic tools it is so easy. I like to sporting, so doing some exercise is a good way to relax for me, I like the felling in the playground of basketball. The third day I am wiht my GF and his mum all day, we taked her mum to vist the shenzhen window of the world, yeah it is the first time that I go to there. Generally speaking we had a good time in the tourism, although it is a bit tired.

  • I felt low and depressed these days.

    The good mood is important to work or live, but I felt blue and no enthusiasm for my daily work, I know it is not right and good to me like this situation. I am working in this company since three years ago, although I got different higher position each year, I have not got much chance to exercise to improve my capability, my manager he said to me he can not take me more chance and salary, I know he has try his best to help me. I talked with him yesterday and he back me to change a better job if I have found it. I still remember my manager take us to SZ three years ago, he came to our university to invite applications for the job that my first job. However, because of a lot of cause maybe he will be compelled to leave this position. All in all, character is the main cause for this result, so he can not rise more. I plan to change my job this year, I need some new air for my job. Both chance and capability are important, So I need to keep learning all the time.
