Time is flying, I am working in this company near three years after graduating from university. In these three years I did not change any company only working as three positions of CE. There is no more development chance and higher salary in the current position, so I have to find a new chance to develope out of the present company. Although I was feeling free and have no much task to do, it is not good for my career development if this situation last too long time, so I decided to face a challenge to new environment and situation. I have made an agreement with my manager for my resignation I will leave the present company after half month at June 15 and else two weeks of June I am going to have a good rest and go back hometown accompany my families. I know I will busy working in the next half year, there will be a great number of knowledge of the new job that I need to study and know. It is a little difficult to learn and work in a new industry, not too bad there is something of the next job deal with my major and the last experience, so I believe in myself I will be well done. Continual studying is necessary.
