Yesterday,one of my university classmates called me,and told me he wanted to change his present work.Then he told me he had received the interview notice from our company,so he asked me about the attention of the interview,and I also told him as much as I know.This afternoon my classmate came to our company for the interview about one hour,because of my being on duty I did not met him.Unfortunately,I heard somthing is not good about his interview,his show had not satisfied our team leaders,so his interview may be a fail.I know his English is better than mine and his study mark in the university were also better than mine,but after three years when we were leaving the university,the classmates who have got the better jobs most of them had not got the best study mark,but they have better general capability.For example,they have good communication and general knowlege,when they are joining in the society,most of them also have got good job.My past boss said what you learnt in the university is not very important after you work some years,when you change your position the experience is the most important.Well,it is time to break.Let me wish his good luck.
