    Every one knows the sports are good for our body healthy,and they also want to through doing some training to keep good healthy.There are all kinds of sports, like as inside and outside,activity and peaceful etc.Different people is interest in diferent kind sports,but also there are some people they like sports nothing,even they know the sprots is good for their healthy.As my GF she know the benefit of the sports and she always encourage me doing sports usually,but it is too difficult to ask her join in some training.I like sports very much always.Since I was a student, I have been keeping doing sports. When I was a young student I begin playing PP ball and  badminton, there is no teaching and I studied and played myself, or went out to play with guys, there was no much free time when I would be at home. The childhood is much different between present childhood and us, well I belong to the early 1980s.According to my experience of sports, it is good for one's growth if he like one sports for a child.When you join in one game it will increase your team work and communication capability with other guys.When I review the school time,the best deeply memory is my playing on the playground. Now although there is no more time to do much sports, I need to keep moving one time each week.
