Free days.

I'm feeling very free this week. Because of my leaving from this company in next week, and there is being no much work that I have to do. All of the members iifocus on other new factory, so the old one no one will pay some attention to it, including the production,management,engineering or quality and so on. If there is no any trouble of the production, affecting the final output or client service, there will no leader regard us. The situation of the old plant is become worse and worse ,waiting for ringing out to go back home. You can see most of people who are talking,playing games by office computers and watching video movie abot more than 80% of the duty time that was spent on personal event that can not take any value to enterprise, I think it will being last for more than two months at least, the essential reason is the present employees number is going over the need number completely, so there are so many free members. The plan and management is not good enough to adjust between both factories, short of a systemic plan to this reform.
