  I saw your advertisement for English classes in this month’s English Today magazine and I am interested in coming to your school this summer.
  I have studied English for seven years, as to the Grammer of English, I have learnt them clearly, but English as a language, in order to apply it proficiently, I need to communicate with the foreigners who speak English. I have never been to England and I feel that this is now necessary, especially to improve my pronunciation. Please could you send me more information about your courses, and an application form?
  I would also like some information about accommodation.

• My Opinion on China's Exam System

  Education System in China。In China, children finish primary school.，In this stage, they are taught elementary knowledge in language and science, which lays the foundation for their further education.。 After primary school, they go to junior middle school without having to pass any exams. Education at this level is compulsory

  Now in our country, we go to school during each semester will have a fixed test.

  I think China must change the exam system, if not, our country must lose many genius. Many of the children in order to the university entrance exam to abandon their dream.

  I don’t like Education System in China. In my opinion, We should relieve our children of their heavy academic burdens and encourage them to be active, imaginative and creative. I think it’s a long and hard way. Nobody can deny the function of education.

• My spring festival

  This spring festival I feel very short and tired.

  Before the Chinese New Year, my families were all going to my grandparents’. It’s to celebrate the lunar calendar ‘s new year .In the evening before the Spring Festival ,families get together an have a big meal .

  After spring festival ,I meeting with my high school students go to KTV and eating.I am very happy,but it is tired. In fact, the annual Spring Festival is the same.

  My home town is a beautiful place.

  My home town is a small city. It is Qin Huangdao. I like my hometown’s sea, I think that the sea will allow me to relax and forget all unhappy things.     What a lovely city! I like it very much. Not only it has the comfortable   environment, but also can make the person to feel the enrichment.There are many Seafood restaurants . The food tastes very delicious.You can enjoy eyery minutes of it. Many visitors come here to enjoy it.

              I will stay in Beijing for 9 days. I heard of a big Arts and cultural activities in Beijing seven nine eight Arts District. I think that I felt magical arts atmosphere.
  In those days I visited the Arts District. It was little rain. But today has good weather and the sunshine around with me .I feel very comfortable. I will go to HAPPY VALLEY with my best friend-Zero. I think that I have very happy and unforgettable day.

• .My worst birthday ever

  I wander on the street alone at a strange land. A lonely birthday. Everything around me is strange. I am quite strange here. Only the telephone in my hand is ringing and ringing. All messages are about blessing. Tears in the eyes are rotating. Now, Lonely 20^th birthday. I have a lot of friends around me in the past, I never feel lonely. Sometimes, maybe we have small conflict, but we never have exaggerated, and will forget it quickly. Now I am in a strange city by myself. I miss the familiar places and my friends. In fact, I am really lucky and happy because I have many friends. We laughed together and cried together, like brothers and sisters each other. This feeling is so comfortable and charming.

  Perhaps this is the worst thing this year, and also my worst birthday. I miss chances that have good memories of my birthday.

  The generation gap is a social phenomenon.
  I think the basic cause of the generation gap with parents is that we have less communication and can’t understand each other.
  The old people and young people have many different ideas.
  Young people always like fashion clothes and popular things .But sometimes old people think that traditional things is important and better. In fact, we need more mutual understanding. Young people are not all negative to think of old people’s opinions .They are good for us.
  Old people also need to understand young people. Young people like fashion things. Young people need their own space, and want to form their own style to show theirselves. Old people and young people need to respect.
  Parents often hope their children to be better than them. However, the hope gives their children more pressure.
  A more understanding and respect ,the generation gap will be less.
