    Last Friday night, Sherry, the PD of our department celebrated her contract comfirmed in our group at her house.

    About twenty people from various countries gethered there enjoyed drinking and chatting.

    And I had a chance to talk with  Nina, who is Executive Vice Dean from Singapore. The conversation lasted more than two hours.

    We shared each other's opinions on China's and oversea's educational system, principles of  education, curriculum, teaching methodology, the disadvantage of china's education.

    I asked," when China's socity can really compete with other developed countries?"

      To deal with the air pollution caused by cehicles in cities is a challenging job. My suggestion is to produce vehicles powered by solar energy.

      Compared with mineral fuels such as gasoline, solar energy is inexhaustible in supply. The growth of cities and increase for more suppley of energy, but there is a limit to the reserve of oil. So solar energy with its endless supply is one of our solutions to energy crisis. The second advantage of solar energy is its cleanliness. Traditional vehicles operating on gasoline give off exhaust, causing damage to human health and polluting the air. From the perspective of environmental protection solar energy is a much better choice. Afer the new technology becomes economically feasible, the sky over cities will be brighter, and the air will no longer be a threat to our health.

      Because of the two benefits of using solar energy as a new fuel, we should spend more money on the resaerch which can make our dream come true.

    Executive Overview

    1). We divide up the market for three part.

    3). The people who between 30 and 60 years old. They’re busy in their business or work. And they are pursued healthier; they would choose tea instead of coffee pick-me-up for themselves.

     

    4). The people who above 60 years old. The people in this age are basically retired; they have more time to slowly take tea. So they need is a comprehensive set of Tea Ware.

    1). The people who is 35 – 60 years old northern people are my target market. The market of tea is growing in north, more and more people are start to drink the tea and the need a better cup to keep the tea’s taste and water’s temperature, especially in winter.

     

    2). People between this age have a higher income and they drink tea likely higher than young people. And our cups are made of red-porcelain. It isn’t suit of young people’s life system and thief need.

     

    3). We choose the north market, because in north less place to sale or produce those cups, and people who living in north are not clearly to understand how to drink tea and what tool can make the tea drinking and small best.

    1). Some of foreign people living in china or travel in china who like the Chinese culture of china or their friends and relatives like.

    The day I went to the training at Longtang in Changchun City. We had a lot of playing project. And we did’t playing, also learn how to do the best for the term. We had different groups and different group had a different name that we thought with our group member. And at one group every member had own name thought by oneself.

     

    Simple field training, we not only solved the boring classroom, but also give us a better mutual understanding of each other, the training of our tacit understanding and team spirit. Although some projects that we do spend a long time, but the result is that all training in our thinking and adaptability.
    Whether it is the most a player or captain, can be a difficult time for the team to play together for a common goal to fight the best of our knowledge. We participate in field training is also the biggest gains.
