Refer to this topic my heart is full of much feeling.If the God give me another chances i also would choose to attend it.When i look back to the days in high school i found i get a unexperienced lesson in my life.Although the last result would hurt us and we grown with the difficulty he gives.

      Today is a bad day really a bad day.I hate the bad weather:rainning rainning and rainning very much when rain i always miss my parent my elder sister and my good friends.Besides,it seems that when rain many people out of controling and become very small-minded.And my partner is just a good example.Refer to her i feel very sorry as her selfish.Frankly speaking i have some difficulty in communicating with her,say nothing of the cooperation with her.

   One of my fondest memories as a child is going by the river and sitting idly on the bank. There I would enjoy the peace and quiet, watch the water rush downstream and listen to the chirps of birds and the rustling of leaves in the trees. I would also watch the bamboo trees bend under pressure from the wind and watch them return gracefully to their original position after the wind had died down.
    When I think about the bamboo tree's ability to bounce back or return to its original position, the word "resilience" comes to mind. When used in reference to a person this word means the ability to readily recover from shock, depression or any other situation that stretches the limits of a person's emotions.
    Have you ever felt like you are about to snap? Have you ever felt like you are at your breaking point? Thankfully, you have survived the experience to live to talk about it.
   During the experience you probably felt a mix of emotions that threatened your health. You felt emotionally drained, mentally exhausted and you most likely endured unpleasant physical symptoms.
   Life is a mixture of good times and bad times, happy moments and unhappy moments. The next time you are experiencing one of those bad times or unhappy moments that take you close to your breaking point, bend, but don't break. Try your best not to let the situation get the best of you.
   A measure of hope will take you through the unpleasant ordeal. With hope for a better tomorrow or a better situation, things may not be as bad as they seem to be. The unpleasant ordeal may be easier to deal with if the end result is worth having.

If the going gets tough and you are at your breaking point, show resilience. Like the bamboo tree, bend, but never break!

There' always a first time but never an everlasting No.1.

    Anything done the first time is always exciting, for instance, an infant to take the first step in walking, a learner to get the first knack of swimming. As for the young people, the first love, the first kiss and the moment of becoming a parent are all things so thrilling and profoundly affecting that they will never forget all their lives.

    The first impression is most beautiful. That's why it makes one fall in love at first sight. If a gambler wins and lingers on in fond hopes for more luck, he will end up in losing all the has.

     The good things in llife seldom come twice. They become sweet memories one can only relive in dreams .A second occurrence if possible, would be a bare resemblance in which one seeks in vain such feelings one had before. Or even worse, it might spoil one's original impression that has been fascinating so far. One's first love and honey moon taste so sweet because they are things you experience for the first time.

     Nice food tastes good for you've never eaten it before. If it is served daily it loses its taste, even the most delicious and expensive dish such as shark's fin will become as plain as bean vermicelli. So a menu has to change regularly.

     To follow the same pattern is dull and dreary. Fashion designers make every effort to show variety and create something new to attract attention.

     It's better for one to behave with restraint and withdraw after a good performance so as to leave favorable impression on people's minds. There's always a first time but never an everlasting No.1. If a famous career, he/she leaves behind an idol of worship, much better than remains on stage a decrepit image old and outdated.

     An invention or initiation is most valuable, for example, the landing on the moon that ushered in an era of space exploration. New things are sensational when they emerge and draw general attention. Progress is made as a result of innoration. What man yearns for and seeks after is always to create No. 1._start something never attempted before.

 How time flies!I have been here for six monthes.During these time i have much happy memories! But verything has changed with Jean and Rebecca's(they are all my boss) left.Frankly speaking i should feel happy as Jean has found a good job in other city and Rebecca married a good man.But...

 with the time goes we have formed a good relation.We have been used to sharing with each other our feeling out of the work time.We have been used to cooking together in our spare time .We have been used to study togeter and so on!I'm so afraid to think the day after we say goodbye to each other!

        There once was a bunch of tiny frogs who arranged a running competition. The goal was to reach the top of a very high tower. A big crowd had gathered around the tower to see the race and cheer on the contestants.

        The race began...

        Honestly, no one in the crowd really believed that the tiny frogs would reach the top of the tower. You heard statements such as:

        "Oh,WAY too difficult!!"

        "They will NEVER make it to the top."

        "Not a chance that they will succeed. The tower is too high!"

        The tiny frogs began collapsing. One by one...

       ...Except for those who in a fresh tempo were climbing higher and higher...

        The crowd continued to yell, "It is too difficult!!!No one wouldn't give up...

        More tiny frogs got tired and gave up...But ONE continued higher and higher and higher... This one wouldn't give up!

        At the end, everyone else had given up climbing the tower. Except for the one tiny frog who, after a big effort, was the only one who reached the top!

        Then all of the other tiny frogs naturally wanted to know how this tiny frog managed to do it.

        A contestant asked the frog how he had found the strength to reach the goal.

        It turned out...

        That the winner was deaf.

   When i was learning calligraphy my teacher told me a story.

   A calligrapher taught handwriting.One of his students who often practiced handwriting with old sheets of newspapers complained that he made very little progress though he  had liarene it with the calligrapher for a long time. His teacher said to him,"Try to rse the best paper.Maybe you'll write better."

   The strdent did as he was told. It reslly worked. He made headway not long afterwards and felt cuious. He asked"When you used old newspapers to practice handwriting, you wrote bakly as old newspapers were plenty in supply. In that case you wouldn't pay much attention to it. Now you use the best paper you'll treasure it. Each time you write you feel strongly about the rarity of chances and you'll devote to it with all your heart and soul; you'll do the handwriting much more attentively than otherwise practicing it. Of course you've made rapid progress."

   Indeed, we spend our ordinary days just as they are worthless "old newspapers." We don't care if we scrawl and waste them, thinking that they will come indlessly_those "old newspapers"are inexhaustible. In such a mood we may each day pass by opportunities but fail to catch any of them.

   Life is not a military exercise but an actual war in which real weapons are used. In everyday life there's no chance for us to draft. That's because what we call"draft" actually is the answer sheet we write that cannot be changed.

   Every day of our life is something new. Let us take every day as a sheet of best paper.
