You have made a terrible mistake. 老is not 老曹's surname while 曹is. Mr. 曹called himself 老曹perhaps for fun. 老means old. In China when we are more than 40 years, we will be adress as 老... for the sake of respect. However in western countries things will be different. Do you like to be adressed as OLD MONICA. HAHHAAH
