Every night i often go to bed at 12:00pm or 02:00am, and get up at 5:30am in the morning, there's at best 5 hours for my sleep!
I'm not busy to work or read at night. My working time is from 8:30am to 5:30pm, sometimes we off duty at 6:00pm. Then, get down the stair to wait bus, sometimes i back home by NO.22 bus when i off duty, it spends at least 40 minutes from office to home. It's 7:00pm when i get off bus. Then, go to buy something food in the supermarket, and begin to cook at 7:30pm, then finish my supper about at 8:30pm. Washing, Cleaning, phoning,watching TV etc. Oh, it's 12:00pm ! but i don't want to go to bed so that continue to watch TV. It seems it's hard to fall in sleep!
I should think i will work tomorrow, so that i must get a good sleep, then go to bed at 01:00am or others. And it's easy to wake up in the early morning, then i should get up. Washing, dressing, it's 7:30am.
That's my whole day! It seems i'm busy but not reading! what a pity!
This morning, i noticed a hospital ad in the back of seat in the bus. If you feel hypomnesia, hard to sleep,easy to woke up and forget when you make dreams, uptight(flighty),tired,dazed....you should go to see doctor, because it's INSOMNIA SYMPTOM.
My god! i find i have all the symptom above. So i know I'm a insomniac now.
