I havn't written English diary for a long time. It can easy to see that I am really lack of spirit to insit on .Just like I do other things.Every time when I feel tired or feel nothing to write in, I always have excuses to get over.
Here , my mind come to ten years ago when I was still a junior middle school studient ,who was quite good at all assignments. Once I was grateful in the school and most of my classmates were glad to play with me , in my memories , I was a excellence student then. However, everything has changed after I entered senior high school,I once thought it should come down to my teachers who always wrote off my enthusiasm . Now I know that all of my lost was by reason of my character .
I didn't mean I had havn't make any goals . By contraries, I had too much goals, I always had new aims which made me don't have a clear way to make them come true.Otherwise, I hardly to do something last-ditch. Another reason I think is because I eqrequiously care about other people's reflection on me ,and I am afraid of offending people around me .
No pain no gain ! I must subconsciousnessly to supervise myself and change all my faults .I can succeed !

I must accept the challenge!我必须接受挑战
I know only harsh trainning and intense life can bring out my full potential!
我知道只有艰苦的训练和紧张的生活才能发挥我的所有潜力

I don't have much money before , but I neither feel so poor as these days. Yesterday, we went to a copy building and took wedding pohots ,it took us 3088RMB. My boyfriend has no house 、no much money ,and his job could not earn high salary. It means that 3088RMB is a major pen of money for us .
I don't mean to blame my boyfriend ,because we are all young ,we still have chance to strive on .What we should do is not to be afraid of poor ,but to know how to struggle in the realistic of society.

I know I have no right to criticize my boss,but sometimes his actions are unacceptable .
Our company was found last year, we are a logistic company in quzhou ,zhejiang province. There are 10 persons in our company .We are all enjoy our woking environment by now ,while we could not accept the systems here .
Our boss feels that we don't admire him ,and he always ask some of us to talk . I think he isn't a easy-going boss and could not control his personnal emotion.He may get angry with each of us in one minute. Things get more difficult for us who chief the executive . So many times , I told to my boss that we should have our own system and everybody include him should follow it after it was confirmed ,and he agreed me then. Unexcepted, he wants his way all the time . Whatever how we advince him not to be so harsh to his staff ,it doesn't work.

This weekend is too dull to me . It's a long time since I got-together with my boyfriend last weekend.He was so busy during the whole week. I always chose to work out to kill time. I can't wait to see him tonight,but I know he would not come back until tomorrow. I have nothing to do but chose to browse the nets.
Wow ,it's not too better for me to find the Englishcn. Once I am an English learner,I used to write and read English before I come across my boyfriend. Tonght, I found that my English has nearly been given up .I browsed some English bolgs from others and know that I should not give up ,I must cheer up and go on learning .Although my job is nothing to do with English,I still think it is a good thing for me .
OK ! Now I find a good plat to write thing, I would work hard . I am just beginning.
