   There was a competition of audio-visual class in our district last week.All the young teachers whose experience is under 5 years should take part in.There're two youngest girls in our office.The other girl and me.We are friends and competitors.This is a good chance for us and I'm determined to make myself ahead of others.Up to now many things have happened in my work,as you can imagine.I regarded this competition as a chance to show my ability.I sacrified the weekend time to prepare the class and kept on improving the design. I have improved the class-design four times in five days!I had the confidence to win,not to win the girl but to show myself to others.I think you can understand my feeling.But the result let me down.I felt angry more than sad.The fire burnt in my chest.But I've no plan.

    The multimedia speaker was bad that day. It took 15 minutes to mend it and I only have 25 minutes to show my class.The staff of multimedia classroom should be responsible for this.He should have checked the eqipments.But the following things made me burnt up!As the class is made into a video, I requested a second time show and the dean permitted.But the staff has always having excuses to postpone.The Labor's Day's holiday had pasted,the deadline is coming.I'm going to reflect the fact to the dean.Maybe the staff is also very busy.The dean should be responsible for this,too.Why it turned out such a result?I cried that afternoon because I knew the other deep reason: I haven't any background in this school.They remember to give me extra tasks rather than think for me. I 'm very angry this time.I thought a lot in the holiday.

    I think many people will have the same feeling.The things make one tired isn't the work itself,but the relationship between people around you.Of course,we should get on well with our colleague,and we should learn to cooperate.But some factors are not about this.So I feel tired.And maybe I lack the ability of this kind.In china,people like me may have a worse chance than those luck ones.The recent incidents have given me much inspiration.It tells me how to deal with those additional tasks and how to protect myself.Most of the time,it isn't enough just because your kindness.---This is also a experienced friend's word.He told me when I was crying.
