of camp students in just 10 days.
We're filled with joy, excitement, pride, and hope!

Most of us
find it so much easier
to be self-critical
than to praise ourselves.
That part of us
which nags away（使人不得安宁）
and is never, ever satisfied by our performance
is called the "Inner Critic".
If you are always bringing yourself down,
stop the next time
you catch yourself doing this.
Now look closely at your beliefs.
Are you really/ useless/ lazy/ stupid/ hopeless/ never good enough?
Of course you aren't!
When you feel dissatisfied,
ninety-nine percent of the time
you will have been listening to
your Inner Critic.
Ignore its nagging voice.
Have no doubt:
You are talented!
You are amazing!
You are a miracle!
So stop criticizing yourself.
