     After the lunch break,get up when suddenly feel a bit uncomfortable.as a mirror of the original find that my nose swollen,really unfortuate!perhaps your blood boill too much,but i did not eat what blood boil-food.what should i do?the evening i go down to reduce pathogenic fire,the summer approching!how to tide over this?
