Everyone has some kind of shortcomings, may be you are not tall, may be a little fat, may be not have a beautiful appearance and so on. These points we can not change, it is go along by nature,what we can do is change our attitude and improve our inner heart. we can be more beautiful that is owing to our virtuous heart!
I think knowledge is the precious treasure for everyone, our country become more and more stronger all due to the high technology knowledge, if we lack ability people, we must can not catch up with other countries, so if that no country will respect us, and we would lose a lot of cooperate relationships. So we should read more books.
I thought have a virtuous heart, although in materialistic society, appearance is also very important, that we can not deny, we see others from the outside first, so it is really important,but on the other side, if we pursue too much appearance,we may be deceived at last, so having a beautiful heart is more beautiful!
Having a optimistic attitude towards life. In today’s competitive high pressure society, how to keep happy and healthy is really important. When we step into the work place, we met a lof of different things everyday, sometimes we may feel tired and boring, so the heart feel depressed. If that we should adjust our idea instantly, cheer up and be confident about everything. Never deny yourself!
Do more exercise everyday. You can walk to work by listening to the music and enjoy the scenery in the early morning. The fresh air the beautiful sunshine, so fine everything. And also remember have a early sleep every night, in this way we can work efficiently the next day. It is also good for our skin, so never stay up all night!
