    From the photo, you can see these girls’ expression all not well without Lanfenye.

    I knew we are all short of exercises.

    We prefer to stay at home and watch TV or sleep late rather than go out for a walk.

    Just like that time, we went to climb the Yangtaishang.

    That mountain has totally nine stations, but we just climbed two stations.

     

    In fact, that health is the foundation of one’s future success.

    If you are strong, you can go all out to overcome the obstacles that lie ahead of you.

    On the contrary, a sick and weak body will stop you from making success to realize your dream.

     

    So we really need to do more exercises.

    Then, how to maintain and enhance our health?

    First, we are supposed to exercise everyday.

    From now, I will to do some running every morning.

    And I also can buy something to make the nice breakfast.

    Second, we might as well keep good hours.

    Early to bed and early to rise so as to breathe fresh air and see the sunrise sometimes.

     

    The proverb says, “No one knows the value of health until loses it.”

    In other words, nothing is more valuable than health.

    So we must pay more attention to our health.

    Come on, my dear friends. Let us put it into practice.

    And hope we have a nice future.

  • My colleague _ Lean

    Today is my colleague Lean Lee’s birthday.

    He says treat us to have a dinner and singing songs.

    I say happy birthday to he and laugh he why don’t you invite some beautiful girls join us?

    But he says just have me is enough.

    I am faint…

    Hi! Everybody, don’t think more.

    I’m his older sister; and I have got married. Hehe~

     

    Lean is very funny boy. He likes to play trick very much.

    Since he joined our department, we added more laugh and more interesting activities.

    Such as: climb mountain, have a dinner, sing songs and visit some parks, etc.

    But I don’t know if for his statures is short, until now have no girl will in love with him.

    They are just like to make a common friend with him.

    He told us he loved a girl that was his classmate in college very much ever.

    She also loves him that time, but her parents didn’t agree.

    Finally, she says goodbye to him.

     

    Now, our department just he didn’t get married.

    So we often chat the topic is about introduce a nice girl to Lean.

    We hope honestly that he can find out a nice girl ASAP.

  • About our company

    2008-4-28

    Recently, our company discharges some workers when their contracts were expressed in succession.

    But the company just agrees compensate the salary of the half month.

    There are most of workers’ contracts will be expire in the end of April;

    so many workers have no mind to work now.

    And there is a most regretful matter:

    the company discharges these workers that were work nearly ten years.

     

    I just got a piece of news:

    Today, there is a person that he didn’t agree sign on the agreement.

    Then, the HR manager sends the agreement to him by express.

    I don’t know what’s the meaning of this?

    The worker he also can don’t to sign.

     

    My contract will be expire on 12th May.

    Although I work for the company just five years,

    but I hope receive the demission agreement very much.

    I’m already fed up with my work!

    And this company is so let me down!

  • Dark days

    Choosing wrong, the effort will be useless; just as I choosed the math.

    I didn't feel like studding to it, because I was already tired of the math.

    But the day is indeed swiftly passing by, I just have a week to prepare this examination.

    Who can comes to help me? And what can I do?

    Well, I'd better get back to the math book, no use wasting my energies here.

    Oh! These days are my dark days.

  • My best friend come back

    Today I got a surprise message.

    My dear older sister Ms. Zhang will come back china from America next Saturday.

    She has ever been my manager. She is very kindly woman and she also very beautiful.

    She married with an America man, so she lived in America now. Her husband is a teacher.

    We didn’t meet since 2006 year that she went to America,

    but we had been in touch with each other all throughout the two years by MSN.

    She told how different things were in America. She also talked her many interesting experiences.

    Such as:

    she makes many friends with Chinese people in there;

    she went to school to study English; and she is a housewife now.

    She often told me the most difficult thing for an immigrant was the language.

    She made a lot of effort to study English.

    Now, she can speak English very well. I was really proud of her.

    I feel very happy she will come back china. I really miss her so much.

  • I have a headache

    The math examination will comes.

    I’m feeling nervous and restless.

    Today, I have a bad headache.

    My friends told me to take care of myself.

    They said it was important that I should be in the right state of mind on that fateful day.

    But these days, I’m already having trouble sleeping.

    I get all these nightmares at night that I stay awake at night.

    I can’t even look at my book anymore.

    Anyway, I’ll just give my best shot at this examination.

    After 19th April, everything will be all over.

  • Wang Zhao Jun

    Recently, I study the math in my office from 6:30pm until 10:30pm every night,

    because I will attend the exam on 19th April.

    But I like to watch television very much, so I can’t study it in my home.

    I am a teleplay fan; I always can’t refuse the attraction of the wonderful teleplay.

    Like these days, I fanned the teleplay called《Wang Zhao Jun》.

    It plays in BATV-1 at 8:10pm to 09:45pm every night.

    Because I have no time to watch it every night,

    so I already watched it by my computer on that night before yesterday.

    I spent all night to watch it and didn’t go to sleep.

    This is my first time to stay up all night, but I felt no regret for it.

    So I recommend the teleplay to you here.

    If you have free time to watch it, I sure you will like it very much.

    The heroine called Yang Mi.

    She is a very pure girl, regardless you from which angles to look her are so charming.

  • Make a plan for 4 April

    Lanlan and Cheryl will come to my house on the night of 3rd April and live me there.

    Alice, Lanlan’s sister and Lanyengye will come here on 4th April.

    Sorry, I don’t know Lanlan’s sister’s name yet. I also haven’t seen her.

    We will stay at my home until the noon and cook a meal by ourselves.

    Then we will to climb the Yangtaishan, continue our itinerary that we have not finished last time, and to find back our fine memory.

    In the evening, Alice will treat us to eat Hunan food, they are all appetizers.

    I want to eat The Steamed Fish Head by Capsicum now. Hehe~

     

    I am looking forward to the day comes!
