  适合春季吃的五种食物

   

  自然界的规律是春生、夏长、秋收、冬藏。春季春阳升发、乍暖还凉，不但要合理地调整饮食，还要有目的地选择一些适合春季的食物。 　

   

  樱桃   

  樱桃素有“春果第一枝”的美誉，目前在我国各地都有栽培。樱桃果实肉厚，味美多汁，色泽鲜艳，营养丰富，其铁的含量尤为突出，超过柑橘、梨和苹果20倍以上，居水果首位。樱桃性温，味甘微酸，具有补中益气，调中益颜，健脾开胃的功效。春食樱桃可发汗、益气、祛风及透疹。需注意的是，樱桃属火，不可多食，身体阴虚火旺、鼻出血等症及患热病者应忌食或少食。

   　

  韭菜

  韭菜四季常青，可终年供人食用，但以春天吃最好。韭菜是娇嫩鲜美的起阳草，有天然“伟哥”之称。不但是调味佳品，而且是富含营养的佳蔬良药。春季气候冷暖不一，需要保养阳气。而韭菜性温，最宜人体阳气，春季常吃韭菜，可增强人体脾胃之气。由于韭菜不易消化，故一次不应吃得太多。一般来说，胃虚有热、下部有火、消化不良者，皆不宜多吃韭菜。 　

   

  菠菜

  菠菜是一年四季都有的蔬菜，但以春季为佳，其根红叶绿，鲜嫩异常，尤为可口。春季上市的菠菜，对解毒、防春燥颇有益处。中医也认为菠菜性甘凉，能养血、止血、敛阴、润燥。因菠菜含草酸较多，有碍机体对钙和铁的吸收，吃菠菜时宜先用沸水烫软，捞出再炒。

   

  葱、姜、蒜  

  葱、姜、蒜不仅是调味佳品，还有重要的药用价值，不但可增进食欲、助春阳，还具有杀菌防病的功效。春季是葱和蒜在一年中营养最丰富，也是最嫩、最香、最好吃的时候，此时食之可预防春季最常见的呼吸道感染。  

   

  蜂蜜
  在春季多风的季节里，蜂蜜是最理想的保健饮品。每天早晚各饮用一杯，既可润肠通便，又可预防感冒，清除体内毒素。冲服即可，不需煎煮。由于蜂蜜富含可迅速吸收的糖分，是高能量食品，减肥者不可贪吃。

  April Fool's Day 愚人节 1st April is a day to be careful, or you could easily get tricked by someone. It’s April Fool’s Day, a day when people traditionally like to try to make a fool of someone else and laugh at them.
