    last night we studied the lesson of  how to reduce pressure.It let me feel a lot.

    After a quize,it revealed that i under more pressure,yes ,Shenzhe is a fast pace,everyone here is very busy with their working.If you can't follow the step of economy development ,you will be fallen into discuse.

    i think i under pressure when i am sever years old ,it also pursuit myself to do anything perfect.

     

  • the stock stamp tax

    this morning Jenny told me the stock stamp tax is cut to 0.1% instead of 0.3%,i believe all people is very exciting to hear this good news.The stock market is not optimistic this month,most of people lost lots of money .

    Hope all the stock should be risen,even risen 10%.

  • my serious mistake

    I made a very serious mistake ,and my mood is very awful.This afternoon,one of our client called me and informed us that our agnet  have already released cargo without collecting our HBL. 

    I review all my e-mails,and found I mis-leading our agent to release cargo without presentation of HBL.Now our agent permise to help us to contact CNEE ,asking them to pay for shipper ,but if they are not willing to pay cost for shipper ,i will punish ,even lost my job......too bad.

    Throught this case ,i believe i learn more and i will pay attention to this mistake .One more thing i can do is do my best on my English .

    i don't know why i am not happy these day ,it seems i lose something,but i can't find it in time .My work,my life is as usual,but it seems i pursue something.Why human is flakey?

    Maybe i must try to satisfied the life i have ,and make a plan for my future.

  • How to keep healthy

    In order to know more how to keep healthy,I read many articles about it .now i conclude several point below,

    1.We should have a variety of food such as fresh fruits and vegetables in order to keep our body in balance.Our body needs various foods which offer different nutritions.

    2.We shouldn’t diet or skip meals to control our weight.If you skip meals,you don’t get enough calories,and then you will feel tired.

    3.Too much chocolate,ice-cream and fast food may get us fat or even sick.So we must be careful about what we eat and how much we eat.

    4.We also need to drink a large amout of  water,6 to 8 galsses every day.Water can help to keep our system clean.Drinking enough water will improve our skin and give us healty hair.

    5. It is necessary to make a health check once a year. The doctor will be able to help you spot other problems that you might not have noticed.

    6."No sport,no life."Doing exercise is another good way of keeping yourself healthy. Exercise makes you fitter and helps you relax.  

    7Some things are bad for your health, like smoking and drinking alcohol. It is better to try and give up these things or at least do them less.

    8Read some good books ,and have some significantive movies and so on ,i think it is also satisfied iwth our mental life.

    9Have enought sleep  every night, The best time  to star sleeping is from 10:00 regarding creature clock.

    In a word,eating healthy food ,drinking plenty of water,exercising regularly and have enough sleep are the keys to stay healthy.
