what should i do?

My young brother, he don't like study and his grade is very low. Now he is in the third Grade of junior high school, will graduate this summer. The main reason is that he don't want to enter into senior high school and his grade is really bad. I have been trying to encourage him, but I couldn't make him change.

he can draw well, but i seldom saw him spend more time on drawing picture. i couldn't understand him.

he want to learn design, but he will only finish junior high school, i worry his future. and he and i don't know what kind of design we should choose? (i haven't told him that i am thinking about something about it, i am just encourage him to go to senior high school.

he want to enter into that kind of vocational school，but many people say that students in it can not learn something just play every day.

A friend said that students couldn't learn much from vocationl school， could learn learn more in traning station ( that like vocational school, a little different from it)than vocational school。

Do you think so? please give some advices.

i haven't told him, he told me that he want to learn design and he don't know what kind of design he want to learn.
and we all think the vocational school couldn't let us learn much.
if i choose to enter into training station, whether i could learn more or is it good for my future life?
now , i am afraid to make the decison.
i want to found a good vocational school for him to learn desing.
up till now, i haven't found the school .
