An opinion from a local employee

Mr. M, is a local employee of my company.  He is a Hinduism, a vegetarian with a nice minds. He has worked more than 7 years in our company and services several products. Now he acts as a project manager, charging of project testing in another lab.

Today, I went to the lab and made a freely talk with him. We had no exectly topic. Later, when we talked something about HQ. He has ever been in HQ (in mainland) for 3 years. So he know the city very well. he told me the most famous street in the city and have too many people there. From that , i can conclude he like quiet and it is. as later , he told me that he like NJ, the capital of Jiangsu province. He think it's more quiet and feels very comfortable.

Later, we talk someting about software and software engineer. He teld me his minds with a serious performance. He thinks many Chinese engineers are always busy, are keep to do something without a little more thinking. On the contrary, indian engineers often keep a cadential schedule. So you can find that they can make a good balance between working and thinking.

When I came back, I found that he is reasonable. Later, we need to spend some more time to review our working and used to thinking.
