5 tips to manage your working time

Everone kown good and enjoyment working time will be welcome .also, the high efficiency will be perfectly for the employer.So. i would like to share the blow 5 tips to anyone.hope it is beneficial after your reading.

1 tips  , to record you task  and plan when you will start and when  will close it.

Usually,we will lost some task in our work .so, in the working day .we must keep to write down what you need to do today.more about the working descrīption and open close date.it is enough for you to know what you have completed and what you still need to perform.So. that ,you could not lost and forget any thing in you working every day .if your boss give you task .you could remember it  deeply.and finished it on time .it maybe be popular by you employer.

2 tips . planing ahead

Every task we need pay more carful to plan ,the good aim and the easy goals will be excellent.that will be easy to achiever and get more proud,we need pay some seconds to plan what we need to do and which we need to start first when we start to working every day .it is useful and easy to say which is more important and which one is more urgent.So,we need to select some task to do first and disregard some item which it isnot heavy job.

Tip 3 Create a work schedule

Now you have a clean desk and a single To-Do list. You're now ready to create a work schedule. Look at the month ahead and plan your time carefully. Make sure that the important items are scheduled to be done first. Never fill your calendar more than 80%, so that you're available when unexpected tasks crop up.

Tip 4 carry out your job and assign your assignment to you assistant

Usually.more task could not be complete by ourself ,So. we need to assign some task to some one who be responsible in it.also. we need to estimate the task could easy achiever by you select one.

Tip 5: Stick to it

It's hard, but stick to it. Keep your desk clear. Keep a single To-Do list and update it daily. And if you have more than 5 post-it notes on your desk, then you know you're getting back into clutter. Keep a focused mind and work smart using these simple but effective time management tips.
