how?

it seems that everybody here has wonderful english level,so i feel shame ,when i come to others zone ,i couldn't find words to express myself,i don't know what i should say, that's because i have little confidence,i know.

i admire those who are good at english, especially oral english , i am lazy ,i have to admit for this, and i pratise less.it's hard for me to open my mouth.i'm lucky that i passed the cet4 and 6,but actully i think it's nothing unless i can say english freely. i expect for this so much.

recently ,i was interested in watching the movie break prison,i try my best to make myself understood the words,

in my daily life ,most of the time i can understand the passage people wrote,but it's hard for me to say something. how to do ?
