My International Sales Journey

Hello, my friends, long time no writing something in my blog. I don't know how to start now. I have joined a private company already more than half month. I don't know how to describe my company. It is a very small one with total staff no more than 100 people. In my office there are 2 domestic salesmen and 2 internatinal salesmen. Every day we keep on post our selling lead on various internet platforms. But until now we havn't received any reply from our potential customers. Frankly speaking, our boss, I think is too illiberality. He doesn't believe in us. We don't know the price of all products. As a international salesman I don't have a foreign trade platform to operate. These days I begin to negotiate with www.made-in-china.com and plan to use its platform service. but until now my boss hasn't pay the member fees. He always worry everything. I only know one thing that no pay no gain. Our working environment is also very bad. In our office there is not one airconditioner. Everyday we are working in the sweltering office. It is very afflictive. To be frank with you, our company used to be a trading company. So we basically haven't our own products.And our boss is as well as cormorant. He even itch to do business in all fields. But we havn't the capability to do the product. Ai...I don't what should I do. Maybe I will leave this company....Ok, stopping at here now and writing some other things next time. SAYUOUNANA!
