  • Good News and Bad News! 好消息&坏消息

    An artist asked the gallery owner if there had been any interest in his paintings currently on display. "I've got good news and bad news," the owner replied. "The good news is that a gentleman inquired about your work and wondered if it would appreciate in value after your death. When I told him it would, he bought all fifteen of your paintings."

    "That's wonderful!" the artist exclaimed, "What's the bad news?". With concern, the gallery owner replied, "The guy was your doctor."

    一名艺术家问画廊老板,最近有没有人对他展出的画感兴趣。“这有好消息和坏消息,”老板回答。“好消息是有一位先生咨询你的作品,他想知道在你死后你的画会不会升值。我告诉他你的画会升值,他就把你的15幅画全都买走了。”

    “真是太好了”,艺术家是喜形于色,“那坏消息是什么?”带着关心的口吻,画廊老板回答,“买画的人是你的医生”。

    Step one:

    Plant yourself deep in a bed of faith, and pack it down solid and tight. Drench daily with positive thinking, and keep saturated just right. Mulch often with forgivenss, for this will help you grow. Quickly remove any seeds of worry, for they will soon germinate, and keep out the weeds of despair. Nourish disappointments with hope whenever it is neeeded, and always stay cool and shaded when you feel irritated or heated. Trim away guilt or depression, for they create decay, and cultivate with happy memories as often as every day.

    步骤一:

    把自己紧紧牢牢地埋在“信念”的土壤里。每天浇灌以“积极”的思想,并始终保持湿润。经常以“宽容”来护根,这样有利于幸福的幼苗成长。一旦发现忧 虑的种子,及时除掉,否则它们很快就生根发芽,同时也将绝望消灭在萌芽状态。在必要时,用希望来滋养失望;烦躁不安的时候,保持冷静。修剪枝叶,修剪去愧 疚和沮丧,否则很快出现衰枝败叶。每天用“幸福回忆”细心照料幼苗。 

    Step two:

    Harvest the lessons of the past; just dig, pick, and hoe. And nurture the roots of the present, for now is when you flourish and grow. Start planting for the future; set your goals in a row. Spade the bed well for all your dreams to grow. 

    步骤二:

    挖掘、收割、筛选,从“过往”收获经验。精心照料“此时此刻”的根茎,因为这正是旺盛生长的时期。有所计划与目标,着手种植“明天”。翻掘一下泥土,为孕育明天的梦想做好准备。 

    Step three:

    Remember that grief is a natural predator, so learn to tolerate some damage. Protect your garden with daily prayers, for this will help you manage. Bury the criticism and complaining, for they are injurious pests. Sow the seed of love wherever you may go--for joy, love, and laughter are surely bound to grow. Although the thorns of life may be here to stay, just sprout a smile along the way...and be thankful for what you have today!

  • Try to Remember the Good Things 想想好事情

    When times become difficult (and you know they sometimes will), remember a moment in your life that was filled with joy and happiness.

    当你身陷困境的时候(你有时会),回想你生命中快乐和幸福的时刻。

    Remember how it made you feel, and you will have the strength you need to get through any trial.

    回想它是如何使你快乐,你便有了走出困境的勇气。

    When life throws you one more obstacle than you think you can handle, remember something you achieved through perseverance and by struggling to the end.

    当面对重重困难,你感觉举步维艰的时候,回想你以前是如何坚持到底战胜困难的最后时刻的。

    In doing so, you'll find you have the ability to overcome each obstacle brought your way.

  • Give Yourself a Relaxing Day

    The time you spend at the office may be the most stressful part of your day, but it doesn't have to be. You have a greater ability to shape your office environment than you may realize.

    Take breaks throughout the day. It will help clear your mind and relieve pressure. Something as simple as going to the water cooler for a drink may do the trick.

    To help your workday go smoothly, try pacing your activities: Do more demanding work in the morning, when your energy level is higher, and easier work later in the day, when you may be tired.

    Try listening to music recordings, such as a pounding surf or songbirds, to help you relax. Such tapes are sold commercially. Use headphones if you'll be listening to them in the middle of the workday.

    Get to work early or stay late once a week. You may be able to accomplish more when you vary your routine.

    If your stress comes from job insecurity, take stock of yourself.Update your resume, and remind yourself of your skills and strengths. Also, make sure you keep up with new developments in your field. This will make you valuable to employers.

    Don't let work rumors, which are usually false, cause you worry. A co-worker may just be thinking out loud about worst-case scenarios.

    He said to me that he is tired,I felt something unhappy,even sad in deed.I don't know why...I start to listen to the music which he tell with me before,I also don't know  why I listen the song...I remind to read the recaps between him and me on QQ chat,I still have no idea why I do it...What happened to us,what will happen to us,does he continue...am i...so much question appear in my heart,and fill up my heart...I feel so depressed.I really don't know what I can do for it,or let everything goes in its way.I don't want to think about it,it make me so sad,and I don't want to say anything about it,just let it go on its way...

    Some stories,happened in real life,or happened in story book,or in comedy,or in tragedy,and so on.Whatever it's actual or imaginary,it will take some effect for other persons.Someone can learn something active,but someone may be affected negatively.Society is a  big big family,person should live a living,everybody alive is not always with good luck.So person should learn easiness,learn to face the life with optimism.Nothing is impossible.Anything is possible.Keep on moving.Everyone is No one.To be the better one.Try the best effort...

    Something unpleasant happened in my workday.It's not anybody's error.First I should wake up to that there is something wrong for myself.It's my negligence.I should not feel in complaint,I should adjust attitude for my work,I should make myself be unclouded,don't be blue,be optimistic and largehearted.From now on,I will try my best to make better performance in the work and other things,for everything...
    Smile to everybody,Smile to everything,Smile to everyday...It costs nothing,but saves so much...
