  To the view of the economic aggregate, China, who was called the engine of world economy, created an prodigious increase for the western countries with the price of ourselves ‘resources, environment and people’s health. As a result, there were three the fortune global forums were held in China. During the successive four years, China, with 4% GDP aggregate of the world drives 15% increase of global economic aggregate. And contribute 1500 billion dollars to the world in the last 4 years, and that was equal to 12000 billion RMB. According to the standard of national salary last year, that amount of money was as much as 6 years’ salary of all urban wording people in China. The great contribution made by China can be seen by the dramatic rise of the resource’s price all over the world. Because of the great amount of import, the global mineral price is increasing with the range of 70%. The price of global transport is even increasing 170% each year. However, the prices of import are rising greatly while the prices of export are decreasing suddenly. This is the most incredible phenomenon all over the world. The contribution of China to the Asia was more giant. 100% aggregate of export came from China. It is China that helped Asia with the difficult of economic development in the economic crisis in 1998, especially Japan, the economic big power of Asia. Chinese increase in export has remained at a higher level than 10%, which is as much as 70% of Japan’s. Japan themselves admitted that trade with China support their economic resume. And trade with China is the main reason of getting rid of the trap of economic crisis and economy recovered. 

  一、就经济总量来看，被称为世界经济发动机的中国，用自己的资源、环境和国民健康，为西方国家贡献了惊人的财富增长。以至于总共九届的财富论坛，有三届在中国召开。中国已经连续四年，以仅占全球4%的GDP总量拉动了全球经济增长的15%，四年为世界贡献的GDP总量约1.5万亿美元，相当于12万亿人民币，按照去年全国工资水平计算，相当于全国城镇职工6年多的工资总额。中国对世界经济贡献之大，从世界资源价格的疯狂上涨中反映的最为明显，这些年由于中国进口导致世界矿产品价格以年均70%的幅度上涨，世界海运价格更是以年均170%的幅度疯狂上涨，中国进口产品价格的疯狂上涨，和中国出口产品价格的疯狂下跌，已经成为世界经济发展史上最不可思议的怪异现象。中国对亚洲的贡献更是让人惊叹，亚洲地区出口增长的100%来自中国，正是中国推动亚洲经济走出了1998年金融危机时的困境，特别是亚洲经济大国日本，进入21世纪以来对中国出口一直保持两位数增长，约占日本出口增加额的70%，日本自己也承认“对华贸易支撑着日本以出口为主导的经济恢复”，是日本摆脱危机泥潭，经济恢复繁荣的一个主要原因。

  However, there are payments on economic development of the world. As China contribute the economy of the world and Asia as well as Japan, our resource and environment are suffering from a great damage. 80% rivers and lakes were drying up. Two third of plains were facing to desertification. Most of forest disappeared. Almost 100% field are fill with knotts clay. According to the data of Japan, annually, cost 2 million trees for the chopsticks exporting to Japan. For 10 years, China has export 224.3 billion pair of chopsticks. Accounted by the forestry experts, the area of forests whose trees were used to make those chopsticks occupied 20% area of the entire territory of the country. As the resources disappear, our living environment are facing a threat bigger and bigger. One third territory are polluted by acid rain. two fifth of main water system were classified as 5th inferior water. There is no safe water available for 300 million farmers in China. 400 million urban people are breathing in seriously polluted air. Hence 15 million people contract bronchitis or cancer. The report of world bank listed 20 cities which were seriously polluted all over the world. There are 16 ones in China. Two third of 68 cities in China were encircled by garbage. These garbage not only occupy the area of farmland but also threaten the fundamental living environment. As we ourselves have difficulties to treat the great amount of the garbage, someone are still importing trash of developed western countries. China has become a refuse dump of western countries. Garbage, one of the three biggest export goods of America, is the swiftest growing export goods. Animals living in some part of south area have died out completely. Plant mutate badly. The situation of people’s health is on the slide. There is even no one person who is qualified to be recruit in army in some place in several years. Even though we calculate the benefits .
  可是，经济发展是有代价的，天下没有免费的午餐，对世界、亚洲包括日本经济做出巨大贡献的代价，就是中国资源和环境的巨大灾难性破坏。百分之八十的江河湖泊断流枯竭，三分之二的草原沙化，绝大部分森林消失，近乎百分之百的土壤板结。据日本海关统计，十多年来，每年中国出口日本的筷子，就要砍伐200多万棵树，10年中国出口日本的方便筷子总计约2243亿双，中国林业专家计算，为生产这些筷子而毁灭的山林面积占中国的国土面积的20%以上。在资源消失的同时，生存环境面临着越来越大的威胁。中国三分之一的国土已被酸雨污染，主要水系的五分之二已成为劣五类水，3亿多农村人口喝不到安全的水，4亿多城市居民呼吸着严重污染的空气，1500万人因此得上支气管炎和呼吸道癌症，世界银行报告列举的世界污染最严重的20个城市中，中国占了16个。全国668座城市三分之二被垃圾包围，这些垃圾不但扩大着农田占用面积，更加威胁着基本生存环境，在自己的垃圾因不能处理而越积越多的情况下，却还在大肆进口西方发达国家的垃圾，中国已成为西方发达国家倾倒垃圾的垃圾场，美国对华出口三大物品之一就是垃圾，并且是美国对华出口增长最快的物品，南方一些垃圾进口地区的动物已经完全灭绝，植物严重变异，人的健康状况日益恶化，一些地区甚至多年没有一个体检合格的应征入伍者。即便单纯算眼前的经济账，其损失也是相当惊人的，仅2003年中国环境污染和生态破坏造成的经济损失，就占当年GDP的15%，我们在为世界经济增长贡献15%的同时，却是我们自己每年扣除15%。
  The social environment is as bad as natural environment. From 1979 to 2003, the criminal number grows from 5.5 per 10 thousands people to 34.1, which is 6 times bigger than before. The increment speed is 7% per year. As we consider the standard of setting a case keep lowering, the disparity is even large. The proportion of death keeps growing. The number of death in 100 thousands, which grows at a rate of 3.5% per year, increased from 4.4 in 1979 to 10.6. In 2003, the heath department claimed that the rate of communicable diseases of that year is 6.7% more than 2002. the death rate grew by 37%. Chinese previously did not need security door. But by now, to some place, security window has been set at seventh floor. For there are too many gangster every where, no company in China would arrange with their workwomen to go home at night. No body knows what really are the food every one have everyday. Neoteny has take place on children. Then we can imagine the situation of our health in the future. There are about 20 million girls in China are pursuing sexual work. That creates 6% of GDP aggregate, which is as much as 1000 billion RMB. This kind of activity had never appeared in the history of human being except Japan. The height of Chinese people is 2.5cm lower than that of Japanese. We can no longer see them by looking down. The small Japan became big Japan. We create 0.1 billions GDP with the payment of 1 person’s life, reported by reference news. The number of death in 2003 is 136 thousands. So the number of industrial injury will be 200 thousands. It is true that our GDP is bloody. Actually, this number is a small part of the true number. The numbers which can be accounted are in nationalized business or in a big accident. In personalized business or overseas-funded enterprise, the owner do not pay attention on the death of workers. So the data can not pass to the statistical department. However, the number of death there is much more than that of the first ones. If we add this in account, the number,annually can be compared with the massacre in Nanjing.
  　不仅自然环境恶化，社会环境同样恶化，1979年到2003年，每万人刑事案件由5.5件增加至34.1件，增加了6倍，以年均7%的速度递增，如果再考虑到立案标准的不断降低，差别更为悬殊；社会死亡率不断上升，每10万人死亡数由1979年的4.4人增加至10.6人，以年均3.5的速度递增；2003年卫生部公布的传染病发病率比上年上升6.7%，死亡率上升了37%。中国人从原来不知道防盗门窗为何物，到现在防盗窗已安装到了楼房的七层以上；由于流氓遍地防不胜防，全国企业早已不再安排女工上下夜班；有毒食品已经100%的覆盖了全部行业，每天人们咽进肚子里的食物究竟是什么，只有天知晓；性早熟现象已经蔓延到了学龄前儿童，未来的身体和寿命可想而知；约2000万少女被迫卖淫，创造的收入占GDP总量的6%，相当于一万多亿人民币，这种肉体积累是世界历史上除日本之外绝无仅有的现象；中国人的平均身高比日本人低了2.5公分，由以前低头看日本人到现在抬头看日本人，小日本真的成了“大日本”；《参考消息》报道，中国每亿元GDP工伤死亡1人，2003年死亡达13.6万人，以此推算，今年工伤死亡人数将达到20万，“是名副其实的带血GDP”，其实这个死亡数字不过是冰山一角，能够统计到的死亡数字，要么是国有企业，要么是死人较多的特大事故，私企和外企平常死个把人根本到不了统计部门，而私企和外企用工数量远远超过国有企业，如果考虑到这个因素，每年死亡人数至少相当于一场南京大屠杀。

• Why Chinese Are Still So Poor

  中央党校研究室副主任周天勇博士前不久撰文，预测中国经济到了最危险的时刻。全文如下：

  The China was suffering partition in the aspect politics by western countries in the end 19^th and the early 20^th. However, From late 20^th to today, China has to face another partition by western country again in ECONOMY. The only difference is the first one relay on treatypact. The second one combines with multifarious rules. The symbol of the partition is China now become a “milch cow” which can be milked discretionarily and intubated by the international monopoly capital. Our Chinese are exploiting our limited resource in a way of dying without son. The great amount of wealth, which is created by overdraft, is flowing into the western countries, advancing their living standard, encouraging the increasing of world economy, but only sacrificing the welfare of Chinese people, not only this generation but also our offspring. We can say that it is a kind of guilt that we won a wealthy life this generation, but lost the resource of our posterities. Moreover, the benefits which were obtained by the way of destroying were not gain by this generation, but stolen by the people of western countries.

  19世纪末20世纪初的中国在政治上遭到了西方列强的瓜分，20世纪末21世纪初的中国在经济上再次遭到了西方列强的瓜分。所不同的只是19世纪末20世纪初，西方列强是用各种条约瓜分了我们，现在西方列强则是用各种规则在瓜分我们。中国被瓜分的主要标志，就是正在成为西方发达国家随意挤压的"奶牛"身上被国际垄断资本插满了财富吸管，用断子绝孙的资源毁灭式开发，所透支形成的巨大财富，如同长江大河般的流向西方发达国家，提高了西方发达国家的生活水平，带动了整个世界经济的增长，却唯独牺牲了中国人民的福利，不仅是牺牲了这一代人的福利，更可怕的是掏空了子孙后代的资源基础。可以说，用牺牲子孙后代资源基础的办法，来换取一代人的富足，已经是一种犯罪了，更何况这种资源的毁灭式发展，连这一代中国人都没有享受到，完全被这一代西方人给消耗掉了。

   

  That’s why after 30 year’s economic development, the salary of Japanese caught up with U.S.A.. But to Chinese the level of our salary is still as much as 3% of American. That is why the 0.02% population, who is the 70% wealth’s masters(updated statistics ), bend over backwards to send their money as well as their relatives abroad. That is why people are suffering the pressure of “Three Big mountain” again in the high speed growing process　of economy. In addition, the international monopoly capitals has done the preparation of “killing the cow” after milk out it. That will be realized by the cooperation of financial market and international exchange market, and it will engulf all the left assets in China.

  这就是为什么同样约30年的经济起飞，日本工资赶上了美国，中国工资却只有美国3%的原因，这就是为什么掌握了70%财富的0.02%（最新统计）的人口拼命向国外转移财产和亲属的原因，这就是为什么在经济高速增长过程中，人民会重新陷入“三座大山”压迫的原因。并且国际垄断资本对中国已经做好了奶挤干净后的杀牛准备，这就是通过金融市场股市和汇市的对冲操作，将中国最后的剩余资产全部卷走。
