Quest for Happy Life

Sports can enrich our life and maintain our psychological health. I like sports..Such as pingpong,basketball,tennis ball. It bring me happiness.

But I don't like running. I have to running in the PE class today. I find that I'm behind. I feel tired when I run 400m. I think I should take part in sports. Sweat is coyered all over with my face after physical exercises. It make me relax and happy.

Our class monitor is sunshine. He is tall and good for sports. I like to play with him. He is optimistic. Our English teacher asked us use "quest" to make sentence. he said that "quest for happy life".And when teacher asked that what do we feel inthe campus. Somebady said "boring". But he said "wonderful". He is a good boy who bring happinessto others. It's nice to meet him.
