Nowadays we live in a society full of pressure. Everyday people go to work morning and come back home in the evening.Students go to classes without long breaks. We not only suffer physical pressure, but also mental pressure. Look, many graduates can't find a job or an ideal job, they are very depressed.Old students like us who are still furthing their studies don't know how the future will be, maybe gloomy, they are lost. Also there are a great number of single boys and girl around us, they feel lonely and anxious. There are where our pressure come. When all of these are put on you, what will you be? Maybe someone would become silent and introvert. More seriously, someone would end himself's or herself's life, it happens often in many campuses.
Almost everyone have, will or right now is faced with high pressure. We can't avoid that, so we should learn to release them, and it's of great importance for everyone, especially for the ones who have low mental endurance limits. Here i have some good advices for you.
一、being good at overall planning.
二、when confused, talk to your friends as soon as possible.
三、try to be optimistic, always imagine a better future.
四、finish your work on time and never delay them.
五、Take deep breath often.
六、learn to say "NO".
七、Have your own ways of entertainment.
... ... et al.
In the end, i only want to say:"Don't fear pressure, let the pressure come more violently, we will never collapse!"
1. I'm so fed up with your BS. Cut the crap.
"Cut your crap."
"Cut the crap."
2. Hey! wise up!
当别人作了什么愚蠢的事时, 你可以说, "Don't be stupid" 或是 "Don't be silly."
Wise up, please.
就可以说 Hey! grow up.
3. Put up or shut up.
Put up or shut up.
Put up or shut up.
有时为了要加强 shut up 的语气, 老美会把它说成, shut the f**k up.
The house on the haunted hill
4. You eat with that mouth?
, "You kiss your Momma with that mouth?"
老美对你说脏话, 记得不要再 Fxxx 回去, 保持风度,说一句, "You eat with that mouth?"
5. You are dead meat.
或是像这样说 "You are dead meat."
"You are dead meat."
6. Don't you dare!
How dare you!
或是 "I double dare you."
7. Don't push me around.
Don't push me around. 通常当我讲 "Don't push me around."
You are so bossy. I don't like that."
或是 "Don't push me any further."
例如, "I know why you are doing this,
someone is pushing your button!"
8. Are you raised in the barn?
No backyard language in my house."
9. You want to step outside?
You want to take this outside?
Do you want to pick a fight?"
或是 "This means war."
10. You and what army?
You and who else?
要是有人跟你说 "Do you want to step outside?", 就回他这一句吧.
还有一句话也很好玩, 叫 "Who's side are you on?"
